How do i change the text on the “request a quote” button??
]]>Hello
I have this warning sign displaying at the bottom of my page
“Warning: Undefined array key “path” in /usr/www/users/puresrnggu/wp-content/plugins/woo-rfq-for-woocommerce/includes/classes/cart/gpls_woo_rfq_cart.php on line 495″
How can I troubleshoot the issue and also remove this warning from displaying.
N.B The plugin is updated to the latest version.
]]>Hello there,
I am having an issue with the NP Quote Request plugin used on our multilingual website; for some reasons, the text users type in the comments field gets translated once the email is sent and received by us. So, a text typed in in English for example, gets translated from English to English and eventually doesn’t make sense anymore.
We can find the original text typed in on the Gravity Forms used to fill in the information from our contact us page but the email provider used to send out the emails translate, for some reasons, text fields.
I deactivated the NP quote request plugin and from the contacts page the text doesn’t get translated anymore, which is why i believe the issues comes from it.
Do you have any advice?
Many thanks for your help on the matter,
]]>We are currently using Woocommerce as a “catalogue” with no prices showing, and no buttons.
I have installed NP Quote Request, and would like to put an “Add to Order” button on SOME products only. The rest of the products would remain as they are, with no prices or buttons (just pictures and text).
Is it possible to do this, and if so how?
]]>Can “NP Quote Request WooCommerce” be used for non-logged-in customers? ie: do customers have to have an account before asking for quotes and be logged-in?

I updated the plugin and now when I try to see the cart I get a 404 error. I checked an there is a Quote Request Page with the right shortcode

]]>We’re trying to create a quote facility for selected “built to order” products. One or more can be added to a quote request list and sent for quotation. These products can’t be bought in the normal way through the checkout. All other products are bought in the usual way and cannot be quoted.
We’ve chosen “Normal checkout” for 1- Checkout Option.
The page linked is for a product which is for quotation only. We can select variations and click “Add To Quote”. This appears to work “Product was successfully added to quote request”, but when we follow the link to “View List” we see “Your Quote Request List is Currently Empty.”
What have we done wrong? Is the functionality we require possible in this version or do we need one of the paid plugins?
Many thanks.

]]>Hi my dears,
I am using your plugin and I love it so far but I am facing an issue that most probably I am not the first one to face. Mine is a b2b website and we do corporate products. The pricing space that is on the web we used for our cost price, so it is not meant to be shown at the front. Your plugin helps with that and we have all under RFQ… but Google rich snippets are showing our cost prices though! Is there a way to hide it from them?
Thanks a lot!
]]>I have an issue with translation of the order summary page using NP Request for Quote.
Plugin works well with Polylang PRO and Polylang for WooCommerce along with Elementor PRO. No complaints per say. BUT I have one problem with not being able to translate the order summary page to other languages.
The translations of the order summary page has been created and linked correctly in the backend.
The language switcher works on all pages except the order summary page.
The order summary page is generated when an order is placed
Example URL
/en/order-summary/order-recieved/11346/?key=wc_order_DSyXwinwbooqJ
However, language switcher doesn’t work and manually forcing the URL like this simply crashes the site:
/fr/order-summary/order-recieved/11346/?key=wc_order_DSyXwinwbooqJ
/de/order-summary/order-recieved/11346/?key=wc_order_DSyXwinwbooqJ
I have tried naming the translated URLs as something different or call them all /order-summary/ but to no avail. If I force the URL it crashes or else it will always show the English translation.
This is the fatal error I get when I try to force the URL
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Path cannot be empty
in /var/www/html/mse-sas-dev/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/wc-template-functions.php on line 53
Call stack:
wc_template_redirect()
WP_Hook::apply_filters()
WP_Hook::do_action()
do_action()
require_once()
require()
It is annyoing, as it is the only page that is not translateable for some reason.
Hello! I need help with the plugin. I start using it today and doing testing but now when the plugin is activated my whole store is “get a quote” like if all products have the checkbox activated. I need this feature of just one simple product
]]>Hi there, our client has a composite product and, whilst the request quote shows the product title on the order, it doesn’t show all of the chosen product variations. As such, we cant then see what options the customer has requested a quote for.
Is it possible to get the product choices/variations to display on the order?
Any thoughts or ideas most welcomed.
Kind regards
James
Is it possible to change this text to “Quote”?
Thanks!
Hello,
I’m working on this website, using RFQ-ToolKit so users can create quotes instead of regular carts.
I checked (enabled) the “3-0 Allow quote items when they are out of stock” option because I want people to be able to add the product even if it’s out of stock.
But I have an issue because the message is appearing on all of my products, including the ones which are in stock.
Does anyone already had this issue? Could you help on that?
Thank you so much for your help and insights ??
]]>Hello, I’ve integrated your plugin on my site and don’t need a cookie banner for my website since no cookies are set in principle. The only message I receive from our DSGVO check is that the following 1st party cookie is being integrated: “rfqtk_wp_session_b15835f133ff2e27c7”. What exactly can I do to prevent it from being loaded or integrated? Or do I really need to install a cookie banner specifically for this?
]]>Hi,
I have been using NP Quote request for a few weeks with no issues but today it was identified by WordPress as having caused a critical error on my website –
“WordPress has a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, NP Quote Request WooCommerce.”
I have had to deactivate the plugin completely as the back end seems to be where the problem was most evident. I could not access my home page in the WordPress back end but the front end seemed ok. The site was automatically upgraded to the latest version of WordPress on the 9th.
I assume there is an issue. Could you please investigate?
]]>Hi there,
I notice that a user account is created even though the “Create Account?” tick box is not selected in the quote request form. Is that standard behaviour?
If I set WooCommerce to not allow any account creation during checkout, the plugin still executes the wp_new_user_notification() function and fires an email to the admin of a new account that was created with blank user details.
Error log shows Woocommerce trying to access empty variables as well.
]]>I don’t see the quote request in the payments setting in WooCommerce. Also, a message appears in the checkout page: “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.
Any Help!
]]>Could you kindly direct me how to overcome the issue where ADD TO QUOTE triggers the ADD TO CART flyout but the cart is empty? A message appears at the bottom of the page to say the product has been added to a quote list, but on the side of the page, the normal behaviour is to show the cart after a product is added and this looks strange when empty.
This is the cart flyout after adding a quote product –
Bottom right after adding a product to the quote list is this message –
Ideally the product should go to the cart but show a button for quote vs normal cart. Whatever makes sense but not an empty cart. Can you help please?
]]>My quote request form seems to have no fields for customer name, email etc.
To see this page, add a product such as this one to the quote basket https://dalesway.co.uk/vastex-v100-entry-level-t-shirt-printing-machines/
I use Safari browser v 17.3.1
In Firefox and Chrome there is more fields as one would expect.
]]>Hi, I am trialling your plugin and can’t seem to get the quote button to display above or below the cart button, it insists on being beside, which causes the button to be much too large. Can you help please?
All plugins on my site as well as WordPress are running on latest versions.
I use Kadence Pro Theme with Shopkit extension which allows me to create a custom product template for Woo commerce. I have toggled between the cart button being forced to full width in this template and not, but it does not seem to change the quote button position / look. It always tries to sit beside the cart button as you can see in the back end view.
I have checked the issue in Safari, Chrome & Firefox and all look identical. I have also checked the effect of changing the position of add to quote button in shop and archive and could see no difference when changing between available options.
If I mark a product that is not using a custom Woo template as RFQ, you can see the effect here – https://dalesway.co.uk/diazo-dual-cure-emulsion-procol-xls/
In this instance, the quote button seems to be on its own line and looks better, although it touches the quantity button, which does not look so good.
I would be most grateful for some assistance. Thank you in advance.
