I try to use Sensei in combination with Elementor, that works relatively well. However, not all elements are displayed in the builder (prev/next lesson buttons for example) So I wanted to use this plugin to see Sensei elements also when editing. Unfortunately, I found that for some shortcodes the field just stays empty. For others, I get the error message “Not a lesson!”, even though the page is a lesson. Some are displayed, but incorrectly, the progress bar shows “0NAN” for example. Is there a way to fix this?
]]>Hey,
I am using Sensie and have installed the sensei Shortcode plugin. I have added a shortcode block and put this shortcode [WSS_PROGRESSBAR] as I want the porgress bar to be embedded at the top of my lessons. However, it doesnt show the bar, just shows the shortcode when I preview the page.
Here is a link to the page…

After updating all plugins and wordpress to 5.0.3 I get errors and break the ability for users to log in when Woo Sensei Shortcodes is active.
The plugin generated 1 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.
]]>Hi,
Great plugin btw! I am having an issue with the lesson button shortcode. It’s displaying this error:
Warning – count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable
Count – 1
Location – wp-content/plugins/woo-sensei-shortcodes/shortcodes.php:254
I am on php 7.2 and I hope you can help me with this one.
Thanks,
Ryan
I inserted the [wss_sensei_lesson_button] shortcode and got this error:
Notice: Trying to get property ‘lesson’ of non-object in /wp-content/plugins/woo-sensei-shortcodes/shortcodes.php on line 195
Any tips?

I use Divi Theme latest version
WP 4.8
Woo Sensie
I use a third part to audit examinations of my students. The exam is within a lesson made in sensie. The url is password protected so that the third party does not have to go through membership login. Hence using a password protected page.
We have noticed that when some students do the exam and fail, they can retake the examine within a few days. However they are not asked for the password to enter the exam.
More disturbing for me is that a student of mine was able to access the course without the password, it allowed her to start the lesson and take the quiz, however, it should of asked her for the password before she could enter the lesson.
Thus she access to all the questions, which is defeating the principle of using password protected pages.
Now I understand the cookies within the password protected page take 10 days to expire, so this accounts for the first query, however the second part with the student having direct access to a protected page is a problem
Can anyone advise help with this issue or has had this issue before

Thank you
Before defining the constants like lesson_video_error
and others, you should check if they are defined first, to prevent erroneous WP_DEBUG warning outputs, which becomes very annoying while trying to debug a site
