I noticed that duplicating a product the new one is already in the same wishlists as the original one.
Is it possible to remove a product from all customers wishlists?

I have selected Top Menu and Mobile Menu in the Settings for the wishlist menu item of WPC Smart Wishlist 4.9.3. Clicking on the Wishlist button in the Top Menu opens the Wishlist Popup but clicking on the Wishlist button from the Mobile Menu redirects to the Home Page, while I have selected Open Wishlist Popup in Action when clicking on the “wishlist menu”. I have OceanWP theme installed on my site. Please tell me the solution.

how do i flush out my WPC Smart Wishlist (like for people who had added a specific item to a wish list) but I had dublicated a page. how do i refresh it so that the original duplicated page doesn’t show people who already added items to there side.

I need to import an existing set of customer wishlists (migrating from an older ecommerce site), so is there an extension to the WooCommerce REST api to manage wishlists? Or a different API maybe?

Not sure what’s the problem as nothing happens when I click on the Heart button on the Category page. It doesn’t trigger any actions, no matter whether I’m logged in or not.

Can you advise what might be the problem?

I would like to translate this text but it it isn’t in de .po file !! Also the text in on buttons aren’t in the .po file. Please adapt your .po file so I can translate the text. I’m experiencing a bug where the product isn’t added to the wishlist when clicking the “Add to wishlist” button. This issue occurs in Safari and Edge, and possibly in other browsers I haven’t tested yet. It only works correctly in Chrome.

I have tried disabling all plugins one by one and switched to some of the standard WordPress themes. I also installed a clean copy on a different web host and domain, and there it works fine. Does anyone know what could be causing this problem? Could it be related to Ajax?

Consider rename file perfect-scrollbar.jquery.min.js by remove from name this string: “jquery.min.js”.

When user use Litespeed Cache and want load javascript files delayed (after user interaction), the file perfect-scrollbar.jquery.min.js is loaded because excludes field contains by default this line: jquery.min.js

Your file name match condition and is always loaded, what is undesirable in this case.

We were facing huge delays in page loading. The FCP was 14 seconds, and the full page load time was 18 seconds.

So I contacted our web host KINSTA to check why this was happening, They shared with me:

When visiting the page you can see that the two requests that are taking much time (the top two) are two POST calls:

One is due to the plugin called woo-smart-wishlist, if you select the item and then move into the Payload tab, you see that the action called is woosw_get_data:

Which a grep command shows to be only used by that plugin:

Generally speaking, it is not good that a page makes POST calls without the user clicking anything. Usually the POST calls are made when a user compiles a form or add an item to the cart and so on, not when the user is simply visiting the page.

I deactivated the plugin and the page loading issue seems to be resolved, Now the whole site loads in under 4 seconds.

Could you please look into it and resolve it asap.?

Your plugin is not compatible with LiteSpeed Cache. It works with this plugin even when the page is cached for about 24 hours, but then it stops working. When the “add to wishlist” button is clicked, nothing happens.

Hi, I’m using Kadence and have created a template page for some products. I want to insert the wishlist feature into the template so it shows on all the products using my product template. However the only short code I can find I have to insert the ID of the product, so that doesn’t work.

Is there a way to insert the wishlist into a product page template using dynamic short code or other means?

I just installed the plugin and set the settings right. When I click on the ‘add to wishlist’ button, nothing happens. Nor the popup is trigger, neither the product is added to the wishlist. The wishlist page (https://airtrade.okappi8.dev/wishlist/) is just empty.

I don’t see any error messages in the console.

When you create a custom single product page with kadence shopkit, this plugin does not work on the single product information. Even inserting the shortcode just causes an error when you push the button. The related products widget does have a functional wishlist because that widget uses a loop I think.

I just hate to have to give up this plugin just because I build everything with kadence.

I have a problem with the cache plugin. When a customer adds products to the wishlist and clicks on another cached page, the icon in the header loses the items added to the wishlist and shows 0. Clicking on the icon shows the added products. How can I solve the problem?

I put the shortcode [woosw id=”{product_id}”] in the elementor loop
I have also placed this loop on the single product page
But when I click on the ? icon, the notification gives an error and in inspect, this error can be seen in the console section.
what should I do ?

Hello,

I was working on the integration of WPC Smart Wishlist and everything was good since the latest woocommerce updates.

Acually using the shortcode to use the plugin, the product are added to the wishlist but the pop does not show anymore.

If I choose to oper the wish in another page it’s ok (even if I can not target the wishlist-page inside of the user’s account) and also the alert message “the product has been added…” works. But the Pop-Up (really beautifull and usefull) does not open anymore.

I have downloaded the latest WPC Smart Wishlist 4.8.5 plugin. And in Choose the menu(s) “Top Menu” and “Mobile Menu” are selected. And action when clicking on the wishlist menu “Open wishlist popup” is selected. So that Wishlist buttons have been added at the end of both the menus.

Wishlist button is working perfectly in the top menu and wishlist popup is opening as per my selection.

But the problem is that on clicking the wishlist button in the mobile menu, the wishlist popup is not opening and the page is getting redirected to the home page.

Please solve this problem, even on clicking the Wishlist button from the mobile menu, only the wishlist popup opens.
