Hi!
I noticed that your plugin isn’t compatible with new WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (aka HPOS or fka COT) which improves WooCommerce speed by at least 30%.
If I go to https://www.mywebsite.com/wp-admin/plugins.php?plugin_status=incompatible_with_feature&feature_id=custom_order_tables
it lists your plugin as incompatible and I can’t use this new feature.
Please note that this feature and way to store data in the database is now the default for all new WordPress and new WooCommerce installations meaning you might lose new potential users if your plugin is incompatible…
Here are some links about HPOS that could be interesting for your developers:
https://developer.woocommerce.com/2022/09/29/high-performance-order-storage-backward-compatibility-and-synchronization/
https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/wiki/High-Performance-Order-Storage-Upgrade-Recipe-Book#declaring-extension-incompatibility
My question is: do you plan to update your plugin to make it compatible with HPOS? If so, when? Or is your plugin abandoned? It’s been 3 years without any update so I’m worried…
Please let me know.
Best regards,
Jabe.
]]>Nice plugin, just reviewed. I have one minor issue, with the plugin installed, the Stripe fees are shown at the bottom, and they are (correctly) deducted from the “gross sales in this period” amount and shown in the “net sales in this period” area. But the “average gross daily sales” and “average net daily sales” are showing as the same amount; shouldn’t the “average net daily sales” be slightly less to reflect the Stripe fees? Thanks again for a great plugin.
]]>Is it possible to add the Stripe fees in WooCommerce’s Analytics > Revenue report as well?
That would be very helpful because in WooCommerce > Reports you have to go to the separate Taxes tab to view sales tax, whereas in Analytics > Revenue everything is there in one place – except for the Stripe fees.
]]>It would be great to include this fee in the report as well.
Thank you ??
]]>Hi
I don’t usually post requests but I seen how quickly you created the last request so I thought I would give it a go ??
It would be awesome to also show total stripe sales (less any refunds/cancelled orders) as well as total cash sales.
Essentially at the end of the day I would like to see Total Sales, Total Paid by Cash, Total Paid by Stripe, Stripe fees.
So I can work our how much money I should have in my till and how munch in the bank ??
Things to consider: only completed orders should count towards total card sales but cancelled orders should count towards stripe fees as we still pay fees for refunded stripe orders.
Thanks in advance!
]]>Thanks for this plugin! It’s helpful to be able to see Stripe Fees in the WooCommerce order reports. Do you think it’s possible for this plugin to also add that column to the CSV export?
