Hi,

As reported in many reviews and other tickets the buttons to deactivate the huge upsell banner showing on all admin pages is not working. Here’s a not-so-ideal but good-enough solution for everyone who’s tired of it.

Head over to edit plugin files,
woo-thank-you-page-nextmove-lite/admin/includes/upsell/class-xlwcty-upsell.php

currently there’s a public function hooks() between lines 45 and 58, just comment them all by adding // at the start:

You will have to redo upon update, but plugin hasn’t been updated in 5 months so it’s not too often.

Regardless of that if you enjoy the plugin please make sure to support the creators, it’s a great one and I’ve personally been using it for over half a decade. On some of our projects we have the pro version and it’s awesome, but the one where we have the free plugin (and forever upsell pop-up) is in it’s very early stages.

We have been debugging a client site for issues in the backend with loading speed. It seems the plugin is loading in the background of every page in the admin dashboard with deprecated .php issues being flagged as well.

Is there any reason why the plugin would be loading in the background of every dashboard page?

Hello! When installing the plugin together with the latest version of woocommerce, it is not possible to activate it, as error 500 always appears in the console. When deactivating woocommerce the problem does not occur, but I cannot exit the screen below, when clicking Skip or Allow, it keeps looping. This problem is happening on a clean installation, i.e. new.
Is there anything I can do? Thank you!

After installed and activated, when I click on “Allow & Continue” in WooCommerce tab nothing happens. Page reload on the same point.

I’ve a problem. whenever customer made a purchase in my woocommerce store, they were redirect straight away into main page, instead of order-received page where they can view their order -detail for their latest purchased.

I’ve been looking here if there anyone here have the same problem and any possible tips to fix this problem. So far i’m tried re-save the permalink in setting and clear cache too, but the problem still didn’t go away.

Is there any way to fix this problem? thank you

We often get a 404 error on the thank you page. We update the WordPress software and plugins (not necessarily the plugin itself) and it then works.

I noticed customers are no longer getting the custom thank you page after checkout, they now get redirected to the site home page.

I tested using the “Troubleshoot Your Page” for previous orders, those look fine, like they did when I set this plugin up.

I checked the docs – https://xlplugins.com/documentation/nextmove-woocommerce-thank-you-page/troubleshooting-guides/thank-you-page-didnt-show/ but that’s 404.

Any ideas?

I use gt4wp to enrich my data layer for clinet and server side tracking. I use Thank You Page for WooCommerce to improve my customer experence and journy. I have however noticed that it causes a duplication of the purchase event, which causes duplicate tag fires on GTM

I have configured the thank you page using the nextmove lite plugin. However, the nextmove like thank you page uses the blog post template by default.

As such, it’s showing the following:

• Author
• Date
• Time

I would like to remove these details from the Thank you page. Could I seek your advise on how I can configure it accordingly?
