I’m trying desperately to get this working, but am not able. The site I’m working on is not public, so I can’t provide a link. However, here are some screenshots.
Product page on the frontend: https://cl.ly/0bdd9e7a8289
Product short description in admin: https://cl.ly/5acbbad0ea54
Uploaded mp3 file: https://cl.ly/6ae43e18499e
As you can see from the screenshots, the track is not showing the play button and it is not linked in anyway. I’ve tried all kinds of variations and just cannot get it to work. Either I’m doing something wrong, or the plugin doesn’t work anymore. Can you help?
]]>The first time I used your plugin it worked great. However, we had to change the domain name of the site. Now the sample file will not play. Get a message “Cannot locate audio”
The audio file is named correctly in the media area of wordpress https://dev.andywinter.ca/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/sample-6-Ready-To-Be-Me.mp3. That is the new website name dev.andywinter.ca.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin -so far this has not helped. I think the plugin is looking for the old website?
Please help.

]]>Dear Dean,
I’m not a programmer, so appologies if this question seems trivial.
I would like to use your plugin to allow for audio previews of 20 seconds length.
I know there is a function to set the current time of the mejs player, yet apparently not before starting to play. I would like to know how to set this when using your plugin.
Would you be so kind as to help me understand how I can modify the plugin such that I can set the playback to 10 seconds after the start and to last for 20 seconds? Or if not possible, to set the current time to 20 seconds before the end time of the track? I don’t want to create a new audio file, as suggested by you in the readme.
Thank you very much for your help
Best regards, Gabriel
