We have been using this plugin over a year and saves us money with accurate USPS shipping rates. This is one of a kind in its area. We highly recommend this plugin.

Took a little tweaking but tech support was helpful. Does what I need it to do!

Working perfectly for my site.

Went ahead and purchased the premium product of this and Lorenzo provided some support at the beginning. However, when the plugin was not properly functioning with our site. The rates were off. Since then, I’ve sent multiple requests for help and at this point asked for a refund. However, no response. Hmmm…I even asked politely if I could possibly exchange this plugin for the EasyPost plugin, and again, no response. If you go to the website, there are all five star reviews and that’s because the developer has to approve of the reviews.

Great plugin for obtaining rates.

This plugin doesn’t even show any settings! I have “network enabled” the plugin and it doesn’t show any settings options – from the Plugin page OR from within the WooCommerce Shipping Settings. I tried all 3 Xadapter plugins and only 1 worked (the UPS one). USPS and Fedex showed as Network-Activated in the root site, but when I went to either of the sites in the network, there are no settings available in the Plugin page or within WooCommerce Shipping settings…

The plugin author says — in response to a prior reviewer: “The basic version of the plugin is meant for small shop owners who have 1 or 2 products in their inventory. Hence, packing of products happens individually. So the rates come up as multiples of the item quantity. They are correct rates!”
First, even for a small shop owner with “1 or 2 products in their inventory,” it wouldn’t be an uncommon scenario for a customer to purchase 2 or 6 or 10 quantity of a single product. To think every customer will fall into the category of purchasing just 1 of anything with accurate shipping OR be willing to pay double or triple or 10 times the shipping to purchase multiple quantities just isn’t practical. That the author admits this is how the plugin works brings me to 2 stars over the 1 I want to give.
Second, the USPS First Class weight limit is 13 ounces, so four 4-ounce products totaling a 16-ounce package shouldn’t display a First Class price at all — the plugin should hide shipping rates which are simply not available (regardless that it uses a multiplier to calculate a rate) because we can’t, for example, ship a 16-ounce package via First Class, no matter how much the customer pays.
I can tell a lot of work went into this, and the premium version may well be worth the money, but a plugin which expects to be utilized by small shop owners should, in my opinion, take into account the noted issues.
For those who’s goal it is to sell just one of anything to your customers, make sure your weights fall within the USPS limits and:
– If you’re shipping FLAT ENVELOPES, enter your WEIGHT, and the pricing seems accurate.
– If you’re shipping PARCELS, make sure you enter both your PACKAGE WEIGHT and your PACKAGE DIMENSIONS, and the pricing seems accurate.

its working when quantity is not multiple. product weight function is not written properly. in case of multiple quantity of a product. weight is not sending properly.. all calculation is showing wrong as compares to live usps.

Works Great!

This helps a lot getting the correct shipping costs, when you have quite different types of products.
The free version is perfect for trying the base functionality. For the final shop, you probably need the premium version, but totally worth the money, compared to configuring all this manually.

Plugin does what it says and they even provided very quick support for my rather “newb” question. Great work guys and thank you.

Thanks for the quick update after WC 2.6. Definitely going pro as soon as I convert and get site squared away. Slick front side too.

Product works well, and support responds quickly. Very Good product for 1 site. The pricing structure, however, is not very good if you have multiple sites. I have 4 sites and $69 per site adds up quickly, especially if you need USPS & UPS.

Genuinely one of the best plugins I’ve come across and a major help for WooCommerce store owners if you ship with USPS.
Initially I was apprehensive about the plugin after reading reviews on lack of option to disable/enable services. But it turns out that they have updated the plugin by including this feature.
Wooforce staff were great helping me figure out solution when I was stuck at one point. Sure, it didn’t turn out to be a problem, but I received good support till we did clear it up.
Keep up the good work!

This product is unusable for several reasons and support is sorely lacking.
Initially I had trouble getting rates retrieved and sent an email for support, I was told that for the basic version to use the forums for support- If you look at the forums they do NOT respond to questions or address problems. They did answer one of my questions with “run in debug to find out what’s wrong” which I did. One of the issues I had was on the “Cart” page it says shipping is “FREE” – because the customer has not yet added a shipping address (and this is why I though I was not getting rates).
When I ran in “debug mode” I found out at least that much. Then, when a shipping address is entered there is not way to restrict which methods are recalled like media mail and library mail… which our products do not qualify for! If a customer chooses one of those options going for the lowest price, we are stuck with the extra to cover the real cost- and it looks unprofessional to present someone with options they cannot use.
Just this morning we had a customer complain that they thought shipping was free because that is what it said on the cart page, then they were surprised with a shipping charge. We lost that sale because of this plugin.
I will be uninstalling and looking for a better option… I am not even necessarily looking for a freebie, but why would I pay to upgrade with such terrible support and function of the free version!

This plugin retrieves rates from USPS, that much works. But there is not much control over what happens next. Your customers will end up choosing “library mail parcel,” which is the lowest rate, but illegal to use unless you are a library or similar. This will allow your customer to pay a low shipping rate, force you to pay the real shipping rate, and stick you with the difference.
The author does offer a feature to exclude “media mail” which has similar legal restrictions on who can use it. A similar option for library mail would be one solution, although greater control over the returned data would be better.
I’d like to see the ability to include/exclude specific services.
If this plugin displayed practical shipping rates and options, it would be very popular among the million+ people who use Woocommerce instead of the less than 1% who currently use it.
