We chose this plug-in and Wallee in the hopes to have an all-in-one payment solution. Unfortunately almost 2 out of 3 payments don’t get directed to the payment provider. The customer instead just gets sent to a confirmation page and we receive a message that an order has failed. This really hurts our reputation and we had several tests done from our side: This happens when the customer wants to pay and the plug-in fails. It’s 2024 and it is simply not understandable how such a company can have such lousy support for something that should simply work!

Support is non existent for this plugin. Latest version of the plugin produces fatal errors.

The way the payment gateways are implemented does not fit well with woocommerce. Needed to write a lot of custom code to accommodate for weird behavior of this integration, also you need to be worried about your site crashing every time woocommerce updates. If I had more time, I would consider programming my own wallee integration.

Either if you are loyal customer since years using their (paying) services, if you report bugs that affect your shop but that are only revealed when you use third party plugins and not on a simple “fresh” woocommerce standard installation they ask you to pay “extra dev work” to fix their bugs !!!
So no way I’ll pay them to fix their bug, I will fix them by my self or find workaround but I don’t consider this a good way to manage customer service.
