I am still waiting for help after months of trial and error.
The only feeds I managed to set up so far were contact, customer payments and products.
But the most important one to me are the invoices and I am always getting the same error message, which I seem to be unable to solve.
The “support” I got was totally useless and did not help at all. Promised personal support was always cancelled and then there was total radio silence.
I paid for the pro version, as I thought this would be the best plugin for my needs.
But still, after months, I am stuck and unable to set up the feeds correctly. The documentation is flawed and not helpful at all.
I am not stupid, I set up other feeds with other programms before, but this one here takes the biscuit.
£199 down the drain!
Not amused.
]]>Hello,
I hope you’re all doing well. I am facing an issue with the Integration for WooCommerce and Zoho Pro plugin on my website. Every time an invoice is sent from WooCommerce to Zoho Books, two invoices are created instead of one. This issue has been ongoing for the past 4 to 5 months.
I have already contacted Zoho Books and Zoho CRM support, and they have confirmed that the issue is not on their end. Despite troubleshooting and updates, the problem persists.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, is there a known fix or workaround? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
Best regards,

]]>Hello Team,
I have configured the plugin and the test connection is working as expected. I have created a ZOHO feed. Please go through the attached screenshot of the same. But once the order is places, i don’t see any entry in the zoho logs and also when i log into the zoho books, i don’t see the invoices being sent there. Let me know what is the issue we are facing here. We are looking forward to buy the paid plugin for the same.
Hello Team,
We are thinking of purchasing the plugin for sending the orders to zoho with below mentioned features.
Zoho invoicing and CRM updates whenever a new order is placed.
Mapping of custom fields to be sent to Zoho.
Earlier we were using Zapier for ZOHO integration but we faced one below mentioned issue :
“The invoices do not get created automatically on zoho. They get created as a draft invoice. Then someone needs to manually select the delivery date and send it. We need correct invoices to be created automatically. Here delivery date is a custom filed that will come from woocormece side. “
i tried your demo and i found i quary is that if connect my zoho inventory with wocommerce using this plugin. the stock of each item get updated but it is taking the physical stock as a stock quantity. i need to update that from the accounting stock.

]]>Hi there! ??
WooCommerce will soon switch to using their High Performance Order Storage (HPOS) custom database tables by default, instead of using the post & postmeta tables.
Will your plugin be updated to support this new change, as currently when enabling the HPOS feature this plugin loses it’s interface in the order dashboard section, and doesn’t allow you to manually send details to Zoho.
Please let me know your thoughts on this change.
Hi Team, I wanted to under the integration with Zoho CRM, my issue is the when the order comes in it is at processing stage so should stay in leads or contacts but when it is completed it should be in deals or contacts instead of leads but the action is duplication the details, can the same lead be converted to contacts when we complete the order.

]]>Our orders’ statuses are being updated by a third party integration (Sendcloud): orders are being set via API to ‘Completed’ after they are shipped.
For our integration with Zoho inventory, we automatically sent the orders to Zoho when the order is set to ‘Completed’; this worked very well when we did this manually, but now we notice that, when it’s done through API and status is just modified to ‘Completed’, this does not seem to trigger the Zoho plugin to send the order to Zoho.
Is this a bug, or does the plugin only work when an order is effectively saved to another order status?
]]>Hello,
I have some doubts. Can I manage the inventory from factory? I mean, I have? a wordpress ecommerce website. I have to manage the inventory of offline store and online store from the main factory.
Now when somebody purchases from my online store, the inventory should be reduced from online store / offline store, the inventory should reduce in the factory.
Is it possible in this plugin?
Thank You.
]]>Data Center Zoho.in
Zoho Access – invalid_code
How to solved ?
We have the pro version, however, there is no contact name order field as per your documentation, there is an assign contact field which allows us to connect our contact feed, however we get the error in the log “Error Code 3004: message The Customer field can neither be blank nor be incorrect. Please enter a correct customer” I can see in the logs there is no contact data being passed on to zoho, how do we resolve this? our contact feed works fine and it is running prior to sales order creation, so the contact has been previously created. Thanks.

]]>Hello,
I would like to buy the plugin.
I have a question.
We have a lot of Zoho products and the main use of the plugin would be to import these products.
We have different products in different sizes.
In Zoho they are grouped products and have a custom field that display the variation (= volume in ml). I would need these items to be imported and the variations need to be created with different prices on the custom field Volume.
Is this possible with the plugin?
Otherwise I will write the code myself. ??
Thanks in advance

]]>I am having a really tough time with this plugin and the support chanel the developer wants to use with a support ticket on their website is extreemly frustrating.
I am trying to implement this plugin so I can sync exisitng inventory items between Woocommerce and Zoho Inventory.
I am at the point where I am happy to pay somoene to get it working because the assistance from the developer is so poor.
If anyone is interested please let me know.
Every time I have a question the developer takes 24 hours to get back to me.
I have learned that the tutorial provided
https://www.crmperks.com/post-data-from-wordpress-to-zoho/
Is very inacurate and lends itself more towards Zoho CRM than Zoho Inventory.
This plugin allows you to sync with both Zoho CRM and Zoho Inventory which is nice. But the instructions on how to do this are not great. A video showing the steps for Inventory seperate with another video for CRM would be very helpful.
I have discovered that the plugin will not allow you to sync product images or a lot of details with Zoho Inventory. Surprisingly it will allow you to do it with Zoho CRM.
Currently I am stuck as both CRM and Inventory wont allow me to sync stock quantities regardless of the settings I choose for the product feeds.
Anyone interested in helping set this up for a fee, please let me know.

Hi,
I would like to get the sales orders in Zoho Inventory from orders in WooCommerce. How do I set this up? I am following this tutorial:
– Go to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Zoho then Connect your zoho Inventory account.
– Create a Zoho Inventory feed then map zoho Inventory fields to WooCommerce Order fields.
– Open any Order and click “Send to Zoho Inventory” button.
– New Woocommerce Orders will be auto sent to zoho Inventory.
I have successfully completed the first step, but I don’t understand the second one. What is a “Zoho Inventory feed” and how do I create it? Do I need a paid version for my requirement?
