Hi,
You recently updated the plugin to remove the scrolling arrows within input fields ref: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/arrows-in-inputs/.
After testing, it looks the same bug still exists. If you click in an input and fill out your credit number and then scroll up or down, it will change the number, in many siutations without the use knowing.
To replicate the issue using a mouse click in the input and scroll up or down while the cursor is still in the input. If you move the cursor so it is not over the input the issue does not happen. But obviously users will not know this.
Having numbers change when scrolling is very unusual and problematic. Especially as we still get charged each time this happens.
Is possible to remove this as it is causing issues and something I have never seen on a payment form?
I think this is related and may help > https://gist.github.com/barbietunnie/121e98d66838c90ff7993ebd99fe3310
Thanks again
Nik
]]>Hi
Is SecurePay provide recurring payment?
I have used woocommerce subscription for recurring membership renewal, but in that securePay payment gateway is not showing payment option. Does securePay is provide recurring paymant?
]]>Hi, I have just purchased the pro version of this plugin as it is the most reliable one I have found for SecurePay.
I have an issue. We are getting a significant amount of users adding the wrong credit card numbers because when they add their credit numbers or CVV and scroll down using the mouse wheel, on some operating system the numbers change due to scrolling in the field that has the arrow for changing the numbers. It doesn’t happen on all operating systems but it does on some.
SecurePay charge a transaction fee for each time this happens. It is very unusual to have the option to add CC numbers via these buttons and a common practice because of this type of issue.
Is there a way to remove these arrows and stop any scrolling impacting the numbers?
Thanks
Nik
We have set up Securepay on a site that has had it installed before but not in a WP website. The new website (WP/Woo) uses your plugin but we keep getting error messages and no live sales can be processed. We had it working fine in the test gateway but as soon as we tried the live version, it won’t work.
Any ideas?
We are using the same credentials as on the last website.
]]>Received the following from Securepay: -Can you please advise whether whether this plugin will still work once this upgrade occurs?
When you initially integrated with SecurePay API you would have implemented a Legacy authentication code. The authentication code makes a call to the SecurePay API where two separate pieces of information are passed – the ‘grant type’ and ‘scope’ for the given ‘authentication url’.
This ‘authentication code’ implementation will no longer be in service from the 1st November 2021. All merchants using SecurePay API are requested to migrate to the new authentication code link. (https://click.email.auspost.com.au/?qs=9bd8e42ce2ce6bd033905aed45d79ff6ff8abb0af7619b82c3b144bf17b24e28fb16c3bbd93e808f345f41d17edfb46506fee0270691f553)
To migrate to the new authentication code, you will need to:
Change the ‘Authentication URL’ as per the documentation link
Once the authentication url has been updated, you will need to pass a valid ‘audience’ value in the ‘request body’ as per the ‘Request Parameters’ section in the documentation link. The ‘audience’ value will replace the ‘scope’ value you previously passed.
There is no change to the authentication code response object. Your authentication credentials (i.e., client id & client secret) currently in use will not change and continue to work as they do today.
To avoid any impact to your checkout page, please ensure you have done this before the 1 October 2021 in test and the 1 November 2021 in production.
]]>Hi,
I have been trying to test the plugin.
I am using:
Note: For test transactions, please use Merchant ID : ABC0001 and Password: abc123
And using…
In the test environment, please use the following credit card to process test transactions.
Card Number: 4444 3333 2222 1111
Expiry date: Any future dates
CVV: any 3 digit number`
And have been:
In the test environment, if the payment amount ends in 00, 08, 11, or 77 (e.g. $1.08, $1.00) the transaction will be approved otherwise it will be declined. You can use this test environment feature to simulate approved and declined transactions.
I am getting the following message when I try to checkout a transaction for $543.77
“Payment can not be processed (Reserved for Private Use)”
And when I try to checkout a transaction for $489.49 I get the following message:
Payment can not be processed (Unknown response code/Unable to read response text)
Why am I getting these messages and what messages should I be getting in test mode?
Thanks
Hi,
We’ve been using this plugin for a while and in the last 2 days several orders are marked as payment pending or time out to cancelled but succeed on the securepay side of things so the customer gets charged.
Everything is up to date and all other payment methods are working fine.
Securepay says everything looks ok their end. Any ideas?

Could you confirm if this plugin can action refunds via the order screen, back through SecurePay API to the customer’s card?

Maybe because of this: –
WooCom SecurePay Payment Gateway by Hem Thapa – 1.4 – Installed version not tested with an active version of WooCommerce 4.3.1
Hi
I’m getting an ‘Invalid Merchant ID’ error message when trying to put through a live transaction. I was able to run test payments successfully.
Confirming:
– I am using the seven digit merchant transaction ID
– I am not using a SecurePay account that has Fraud Guard enabled
– I have unchecked the ‘Enable SecurePay test environment’ checkbox
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
]]>Hi
First up. Could you please confirm that this is the same plugin that is referenced by https://woothemes.com/products/securepay-dp/, which now redirects to https://woocommerce.com/retired/. If it is, what does that mean for the continued support of this plugin?
As the topic suggests, we are seeing duplicated transactions. Assuming that I am in the right place, can you confirm that the interface supports idempotency? Also, is there a log that records the interaction with SecurePay.
Thanks
Brad
Plugin not working when tested live.
Error shows:
Missing Merchant ID.
Is this compatible with the latest Woocommerce?
]]>Plugin used to work up until recent WP upgrades.
My latest WP version is 5.3
I have uninstalled the plugin the deleted , then searched and then re installed the plugin.
Before I tested I made sure that my ID was correct after confirming in writing from SecurePayment. Yes it was a 7 digit case sensetive ID.
Password was also correct.
Entering Sample Merchant ID : ABC0001 and Password: abc123 works
When I enter my own ID and password I get Payment can not be processed (Invalid merchant ID)
Can you please help

]]>We are having issues with the “Woocommerce Securepay payment gateway” plugin. We just moved our site to wpengine and then it stopped working on the live site. The woocommerce orders stuck at the status of “Pending payment”. then after 1 hour change to a status of cancelled, therefore confirmation emails are never sent to the customer or account holder. Funny though it works on wpengine staging server in securepay test mode. Live site does not work in test mode either.
I spoke to wpengine and they said to ask you If there’s either an argument or additional cookie they need to exclude, or if you have any insights into how your service interacts with Varnish caching and an Nginx over Apache configuration
cheers
