Hi,
Can you please provide the SQL query to run in phpMyAdmin in order to bulk delete all carts?
Thanks

]]>Hi!
I have major problem related to the user registration when using this plugin – users get critical error after trying to register on my website.
Critical error look like this:
2024-11-01T15:08:07+00:00 Critical Uncaught ArgumentCountError: Too few arguments to function woocommerce_abandon_cart_lite::wcal_from_address_for_emails(), 2 passed in /wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 324 and exactly 3 expected in /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-abandoned-cart/woocommerce-ac.php:4115
So the reason for this error are these 2 functions in woocommerce_abandon_cart_lite classwcal_from_address_for_emails( $wp_admin_address, $email, $from_email )
and wcal_from_name_for_emails( $wp_admin_name, $email, $from_name_default )
So each function, for some reason, has parameter, that is not used anywhere.
Why do these function have required parameters, that are not used? After removing them, everything works fine.
(Plugin is updated to the last current available version 6.1.1)
Hello
I set up “abandoned cart lite” on my staging site and everything is perfect except with cart.link in the email.
It gives me an old domain and not the one of the actual site.
Where I can configure the right domain for the cart.link?
Thanks for your help.

]]>Hi,
It’s really annoying to have your banner (Upgrade to the PRO version of Abandoned Cart Pro for WooCommerce plugin for $1!) on each page of our WP admin, and no option to remove it. It’s not a good manner to convince people to buy your plugin. ??

Hi, turns out I had this left on the default setting to save the entries for a year. This created a huge load in the database table, over 600,000 of them, which makes the ‘add to cart’ feature slow as molasses with abandoned cart lite turned on. I’ve tried running crons to empty the table, I’ve deleted all the entries via the settings in Woo, nothing will get rid of these pesky rows. Aside from dropping the table altogether, do you have any advice? Meanwhile potential clients were leaving the site because it was taking too long to add a product to the cart. With this plugin disabled, it is lightning fast. Woo attributes it to the size of the table, which will not empty the usual ways.
]]>Hello, I like to know that Abandoned Carts and Deletion of cart go hand to hand,
I like to know does it delete the cart for just guest users, we have 5 user levels.
so we like the registered user deletion of carts after certain days, current plugin we have, it only deletes the carts from backend, but it keep the carts on frontend, so it defeats the purpose, when customer logs in, they are able to see the cart, and it comes back again, so when we buy another plugin, we want to make sure

]]>Hi,
Hope you are doing well.
The images are not loading in the abandoned cart email. Also, the alignment us not correct from the right side of the container. Please find the screenshots here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1bQoi17p_sk3CYp90dS4ZCVHmYYuwnzdG?usp=sharing
There is a shortcode for the cart item so we can’t change anything from our end. Could you please check and provide us with a proper solution for this?
Thanks in advance!

]]>Hi
I’ve got this plugin installed on a client site. We seem to be getting heaps of spam Cart items in the Abandoned cart summary. As in dodgy visitor adding in particular item only.
As in someone OR a bot is adding a Baseball Cap into the Cart 20 times.

Is there a way to analyse any more details about the Abandoned cart items ? Do you have a paid plugin and what additional information will that give us?
We are looking for a solution with more details about WHERE the client was when they left the site OR abandoned the cart ?
Can we extract IP addresses or anything else?
Thanks

]]>Hello.
We receive many carts in a few minutes, I attach a screenshot but it is not normal to receive many carts all at once and without a margin of hours.
It is also activated to send the carts but it seems that the mails are not sent? What could be wrong?
And in Number of Emails Sent we see 0 when sending is activated and there are 70 carts. We would like to solve it.
We also get this warning, we don’t know if we have to modify anything because everything is correct: The Abandoned Cart Lite for WooCommerce now uses the Action Scheduler library to send reminders. For further details, please visit .
Thank you!
]]>In my action scheduler, there ia an action that happens every 15 minutes and always fails. Here is the error message:
action failed via WP Cron: Scheduled action for woocommerce_ac_send_email_action will not be executed as no callbacks are registered.
I cannot figure out how to delete this and make it stop happening. There are thousands of these in my action scheduler logs.
I no longer use the abandoned cart lite plugin so how can I delete this hook?
thanks
]]>Hello,
I can not tell by the docs if it is possible to only target existing customers. I know registered users can be targeted but this is more complicated. Due to European law general sending abandoned cart email is ONLY allowed if the user is already a customer. Registered or guest is not playing a role in that case. If he bought a product in the past as guest, sending abandoned cart email is allowed. So is it possible to target those users only?

I thought maybe my custom template was broken so I tested your default template and the problem is still there. Seems like the {{products.cart}} shortcode is broken. Maybe after recent WooCommerce updates? I’m on version 8.7.0 now but I noticed this issue last week before that most recent update.
Any thoughts on how to fix this? Thank you.

Getting this error from wp-cron:
Cron reschedule event error for hook: wcal_ts_tracker_send_event, Error code: invalid_schedule, Error message: Event schedule does not exist., Data: {“schedule”:”once_in_week”,”args”:[],”interval”:604800}
Seems like perhaps somewhere along the way it assumed there’s a once a week schedule option, but there isn’t. Is there an easy way to fix this, like by deactivating and reactivating the plugin to have it create that schedule?
Running 5.19.0
