Hello, I’ve been using the Advanced AJAX Product Filters plugin for quite a few years now without any problems. Now, I was requested to do the following:
When you visit the category page Cats, I want the filter to show the category Cats along with its subcategories (food, toys, beds etc). I tried the option Page same as filter: Leave only one value, but it displays only the main category (as it should). Is there a workaround to display both the main category and its subcategories?
The shop has products that belong to more than one category (eg Cats, Dogs, Toys).
Woocomerce verison 9.0.2.

]]>Great plugin! However, I’m encountering a few issues:
- The default loading icon has disappeared, and the custom one isn’t showing either. I am not sure if I changed anything or due the update.
- I’m seeing a shortcode error: “Is WC shortcode products pagination” whenever the screen width is greater than 782px, though the filters seem to work fine. I’m using a group of filters as a widget.
- I’m using the Astra theme, where the default breakpoint for tablets is 922px. I’ve set up several filters in the widget, with the main one being Category. On staging site, the category filter becomes hidden around 1042px width instead of 922px, while the other 4 filters in the group hide as expected at 922px. On the live site, the entire filter group disappeared at 1042px. I don’t see any major difference in settings for both sites. Could I have missed a setting for each filter?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
]]>I have had this filter plugin and it worked great. Had to deactivate it to test plugin issues. It is now reactivated and all attributes are in the product pages. Group is set up correctly and I chose this page ID to show filter but it does not show. I use classic editor, beaver builder as well and use GeneratePRess for theme. I tried short codes but all that happens is the actual short code shows on the live site with no filter. How do I get the filters to show correctly on the page?

When I deactivate the plugin, everything works correctly, but as soon as I reactivate it, I receive error messages on the shop page like “Undefined property: WP_Post_Type::”.
I am using the latest versions of the Divi theme, as well as the WooCommerce, Divi, and Divi Pixel extensions. WordPress is also up to date with version 6.6.2
I am using your extension directly via the Theme Builder, calling it with a shortcode in the store.

A message appears: Group condition restriction with group numbers.

]]>Version 1.6.4.6 breaks our shop page on a Divi site. Version 1.6.4.5 works fine and we’ve frozen our update there for the time being.
What’s broken:
- No content at all between the header and footer
- The header becomes some strange combination of the global header and the shop page header and the formatting is completely whacko.
Debugging is difficult because there are no errors in the console and nothing in the debug log. Maybe those symptoms of what’s broken might help? Sorry!

The version 1.6.5 breaks my site, but when I downgrade the plugin to version 1.6.4.1 my site works fine, there is no error in the Debug Log so it is hard to point you in the right direction

]]>I have a problem in filters in price slider only in mobile devices. When I click on price slider to change value on mobile, it returns me error: Uncaught Error: cannot call methods on slider prior to initialization; attempted to call method ‘values’. Note that in desktop it works right!

On Shop page this works well but on product category and tag page it only works with the current category / tag and does not filter other category/tags products.

Firstly loving the free version and looking to upgrade to the paid version but I’m experiencing a game breaking issue.
When I go to my /shop page the Filters are loaded almost immediately however the products take longer.
This leads to a situation where a user can interact with the filters but they will not be applied due to the initial products still loading. The UI will look as if filters have been applied but the products displayed will not be filtered.
Is there anything I can do to ensure the products have loaded BEFORE allowing the user to interact with the filters?
