The plugin is quite powerful and very useful, even in free version which I appreciate, but there are two things holding me back from purchasing premium and from 5-star review:
– sorting does not exist in the plugin, despite it being mentioned as a part of it (you can select how your filters will be sorting, but there is no option to add sorting dropdown to your filter group or in any way for that matter)
– English translation is janky at times and might be hard to understand

This plugin conflicts with my website chat. Reported 8 days ago and had to follow up for a reply. Reply I got after following up was this:-
‘Checked your site, but not sure what caused this issue.It seems some JavaScript code has a conflict with Tidio chat’.
Thats it. No assurance that they are looking into it, or they plan to fix it.I replied back and i am sure i have to wait weeks before i get another cold email with no hope. Extremely disappointed.
I do not recommend this plugin to someone based on my experience.

The plugin works well but the confusing UI could be corrected. I wasted more than an hour setting up filters of product categories only to notice that they had to be set up as a filter of tags. Otherwise they will only show up on the shop page

The action braapf_additional_table_status is causing huge spikes in CPU utilization and it’s causing my website to crash and throw 504 errors. Optimize your plugin. I’m also getting a lot of errors on Query Monitor for a number of your BeRocket plugins.

Claims it’s compatible with WooCommerce and Divi. Out of the box it breaks the Divi layout builder. It also breaks the WooCommerce shipping option from WooCommerce Shipping & Tax plugin, which is made by WooCommerce. So we have to find another solution, as this does not work for the 2 primaries it’s supposed to work for.

The plugin has bugs and is very slow when working with many products, but it’s normal. The worst is their support, they ignore almost every topic with real problems.

ajax filters plugin works with divi as it integrates into the standard wp widgets. Gives you great control and is lightweight. It can be set up with conditional filters, thank you so much BeRocket, you guys are doing an awesome job on this

I searched and evaluated several product filter plugins and tried this one out. I don’t normally read documentation because if I, an experienced web professional, cannot figure out at least how to get it configured and started, then it’s not going to be a product I want to use in the long run.
I did not need the documentation to get started.
I love all the flexibility of this plugin and the enthusiasm of the developer. It’s clean, not buggy and does what I needed it to do. Good job!
