Hi,
I have created a website using WooCommerce and BitPay plugin. Once the checkout is complete the user reaches here.

Once, he clicks Pay with BitCoin, he reaches the following page, which is empty

Please use the official BitPay plugin for WooCommerce instead of the one listed here. We are working to get it replaced.
]]>Hello,
So i have everyting set up, and all goes well until the last step where you click “place order”. It loads up the next page where it shows order #, date and total at the top, then the 2 buttons on the bottom (“payment done, close the order” and “cancel order & restore cart”. But the frame in the middle that is supposed to be loading the bitpay payment page is instead just loading my site’s 404. what have i done wrong?

]]>Heya
Using this plugin because the one on Bitpay is out of date and returns a null page… this one works, kinda, however it’s embedded into my final checkout page and doesn’t actually open up Bitpay’s website in another window for the user to confirm. Additionally, there’s a big square box on the right with a scrolling window that takes up space. It looks odd. How can we make this so it opens up in a new https:// window from Bitpay like the old client version, and/or get rid of the grey box on the side? Can there be an option to embed it into checkout in the preferences or make a new window? Attached a screenie.

]]>Hi,
I just received the same error that PhantomSpark abvove mentioned. Please help to resolve this.
I just set up my bitcoin store. We accept only bitcoins. I have been
testing the site for the past few days. Everything has been working fine,
until today. After hitting the checkout button and filling in all my
information, I receive the following error:
“An error has occurred while processing your payment, please try again. Or
contact us for assistance.”
Here is what I am seeing in the log:

]]>Hello,
How can I change the Bitcoin address to be mine? It will not save the change and, always defaults to the same one.
Changing the API key does not help.
I’m using Bitpay and WooCommerce plugins for WP.
Thanks!
