Use the ChainPay plugin in my store, the payment was successful but when I wanted to send the ChainPay bitcoin to my wallet shows how the withdrawal was made but the bitcoin did not reach my wallet, 2 days passed and nothing even arrived the bitcoin, I need help on the webpage my emails do not respond

Whenever i try to pay through bitcoin it show a message like ” Error processing checkout. Please try again.”

I’m using chainpay woocommerce plugin
I put api and private as there respective section or blocks.
But still i am getting error.
