Tabs not Working with Woocommerce 3.8.0

Hi,
in the last week Woocomerce and CT lite were both updated (3.8.0 and 1.4.2 respectively), and now tabs aren’t working on my site anymore. Where can I find previous releases of your plugin to try a rollback? Thank you.

Not sure how important that is but this is what I see on top of Tab edit screen:
