]]>Hello
I have a problem with the default features of woocommerce coupons.
When I make a fixed cart discount it deducts the amount equally among cart products.
For example, When my customer cart reaches $1000 he will get a discount of $400 and pay only 600. His cart is 6 items with different prices so it will deduct these $400 equally from each product which is not fair and doesn’t look good.
item number 1 price is $400 and gets only a $40 discount. he got it for 360 and that is a 10% discount for this product
item number 2 price is $100 and gets a $40 discount. he got it for 60 and that is a 40% discount for this product
item number 3 price is $50and gets a $40 discount. he got it for 10 and that is an 80% discount for this product
item number 4 price is $40and gets a $40 discount which means he got it for free. and that is a 100% discount for this product
This looks bad in the customer’s invoice because it makes my brand looks really cheap.
I want it to deduct a full $400 from cart total but at the same time, these $400 are distributed to all cart products as a percentage.
Can your Pro version solve that for me?
If not, please guide me to a solution to that problem
Thanks
]]>Activating this plugin is causing a Curl error 28, loopback error, on my site. I am running the latest WordPress and WooCommerce. It causes the error whether it is activated by itself or with other plugins activated.
]]>Hi, sorry I have another question. My customer wants to offer a 25% discount on every second, third and so forth product, without a discount ever applying to the first.
Assume the item price is €100. For 2 items I can set a discount of €25, for 3 it’s €50 and so forth. I need to be able to sell up to about 15 in total. This setup may not be poetry but it works for me, EXCEPT by 6 I come up against the max nr of discount rules – since I need to specify a discount for every amount between 2 and 15.
Is there a different way to set this up (possibly a better one, I’m a newbie) in Discounts Manager? I went over the information on the Pro version, watched the videos and got confused.
Thanks again (and thanks in advance for your patience).
]]>Thanks a lot for this plugin. It is exactly what I was looking for. Just a quick question (sorry, I’m not a technical person).
I want to change the wording and the formatting of the remark that is shown next to the price in the cart when a flat discount has been applied. I’ve managed to change the text (line 1074 in index.php, add a product called ‘cursus’ to the cart to see) but I can’t work out where to change the bold green font to regular black. If it can’t be changed for any reason, I’ll be happy to take it out altogether.
Perhaps these are crude hacks I shouldn’t be doing this way, but it works for me :-/
I’ll be happy to contribute a Dutch translation, if that is of use to anyone (and if someone tells me how to).
Many thanks!
]]>Hi,
Thanks for your plugin.
I have a client that is interested in the premium version. The only issue they are experiencing is that items that are discounted by percentage are not rounding up. For example, this item: https://greenltg.com/product/ushio-hilux-gro-ahs-de-1000w-pro/. When 6 items are added to the cart, a 4% discount is applied. Each item would be 67.25, but it is charging 67.247. Is it possible to round this up? So that it charges what is listed?
Thanks!
]]>Thanks
]]>Hello.
I would like to know if it is possible to determine a rule like this for a cart with several items.
1. The more expensive product receive 10% off.
2. The second one (second in expensiveness) has 20% off.
3. The third one (third in expensiveness) has 30% off.
4. .The fourth one (fourth in expensiveness) has 40% off.
5. The fifth or more, has 50% off.
6. The six or more, has 60% off.
7, The seventh doesnt has discount…
Thank you.
]]>Hi Mahmood,
Thank you for your continued efforts maintaining this plugin.
I’ve ran into an issue with WP Rest & Loopback timing out.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Fresh WP Install – any version between 5.2 and 5.3 will work for this.
2. Install WooCommerce
3. Install Discounts Plus
4. Navigate to Site Health.
You will now see this:
The REST API encountered an error Performance
The REST API is one way WordPress, and other applications, communicate with the server. One example is the block editor screen, which relies on this to display, and save, your posts and pages.
The REST API request failed due to an error.
Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received
Your site could not complete a loopback request Performance
Thank you in advance for looking at this issue.
Kind regards
Raf
Hi,
Unfortunately our customers see a ‘not so nice’ notice error in the email after their order is received/processed/completed.
The following error is shown under the ‘price’ section after activating the discount plugin (check screenshot):
Notice: get_product is verouderd sinds versie 3.0. Gebruik in plaats daarvan wc_get_product. in /home/u47983p44249/domains/goedebuursilentdisco.nl/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4440
€249 (excl. btw)
Disabling the plugin solves the problem. However, I’d like to keep using this nice plugin! Any chance this can be fixed?
]]>Hi Fahad
I am using WooCommerce multi site. Today I installed your Woocommerce Discounts Plus 3.2.0 and it shows in Multi Site, but in my site above it just appears as “Network Active” on my Plugins page and does not appear under WooCommerce.
So I am unable to set it up.
Before installing it today I updated WordPress 5.2.3 which is running Storefront theme.
Just before installing Woocommerce discounts Plus 3.2.0 I disabled Flycart’s Woo Discount Rules as it was unsuitable.
Any suggestions for me to access it on my sales site?

]]>Hello. Does your plugin allow for preventing a fixed discount coupon from being split across all items in the cart? I’d like to see the item prices be left alone then the discount applied separately at the end, similar to how tax would be handled. Thanks!

]]>Hi, I think this is a duplicate of an issue you resolved a few posts down. I added the details there but I’ve started a new thread here in case you aren’t notified of new posts in resolved threads.

I have just installed the plugin and receive the same error message:
Warning: sprintf(): Too few arguments in /***/***/public_html/***/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-discounts-plus/index.php on line 2086
The problem that I have is that there is nowhere to actually create the discount, I just have general settings.
Help greatly appreciated ??
]]>I want to apply a flat discount to each item, not the total price. The plugin is subtracting the discount from the total price instead of subtracting it from each item. How can I do that?
Example:
product A (quantity 99) sells for $1.00 each, total price = $99.00
product A (quantity 100) sells for $0.48 each ($1.00 minus $0.52 discount), total price = $48.00
Thanks for the great plugin!
Received the following error:

]]>Hi,
If I add custom fields with Woocommerce Product addons, price for product is 0€
Your discounts will work if I leave engraving field empty. But if I use any engravings the price is always 0 €.
I am considering using WooCommerce Discounts Plus.
We’re selling service subscriptions with Woocommerce Subscriptions.
As an example, one subscription is $36/week with a $20 signup fee.
We want to offer additional subscriptions at 50% off (but not for the fee):
2 subs initial payment: $94 ($36 + $20 + $18 + $20)
2 subs recurring weekly charges: $54 ($36 + $18)
This might be the tricky part: they might need to be separate subscriptions due to variations of color, size, etc. and not one subscription ordered 2x. (This is *not* a requirement, but not sure we can offer the same sub with different options in multiples.)
Is this something that can be done with WooCommerce Discounts Plus?
Details are much appreciated. Thanks!
