I need some Help with my istallation. I use two several Plugin to show a Popup (Whatsapp Plugin and a Stickysymbol Plugin to show a sticky contact button on th right). After activate Email Inquiry & Cart Options… the buttons of these two plugins are gone.
But if the Email Inquiry & Cart Options… open his Popup the other two Plugins shows the Buttons in the Popup box from Email Inquiry & Cart Options…
So what can I do?

]]>I’ve just installed the plugin for test purposes. Unfortunately, my translations are not working. I know how to translate a plugin. I created the language files and put them in the wp-content/languages/plugins folder. No luck I tried it with both files:
wdm-product-enquiry-de_DE_formal.mo
wdm-product-enquiry-de_DE_formal.po
and
woocommerce-email-inquiry-cart-options-de_DE_formal.mo
woocommerce-email-inquiry-cart-options-de_DE_formal.po
Then I tried to put them in the plugin languages folder. No luck, it doesn’t work. What am I missing here?

]]>I have used your product enquiry button on my clients page https://xog.co.za/product/test-armadillo-xtr312/ but this product has variations to choose from and add ons to choose from which alter the price. the client doesn’t want to use a add to cart button but rather generate a email with their selection of variations and add ons so they can quote accordingly. how does one add the variations and add ons in to your plugin pop up form ? so the customer doesn’t have to be contacted again for this information?

A few weeks ago, business received irate customer, for not replying to a product inquiry.
I then discovered that the email was not being received by website owner only me (I produced the website and are also admin)
This seemed to happen after an update and then next update I thought was fixed.
I do have in the email section website owners email – but email is coming from me – my email being [email protected] – screenshot attached

]]>Hi – the latest version plug-in does not work with Internet Explorer browser. When clicking the Product Inquiry button, the background of the website will dim. But the pop-up contact form does not pop-up. Only way to resume the page is to refresh.
This plug-in works with other browsers – Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge.

I am trying to setup the Email Inquiry plugin to work as desired.
I saw that in the settings of the plugin one can customize if we want the add to cart button to show, or not.
However, I am trying to make that both the add to cart AND the Email Inquiry show up under each woocommerce product sold on my website.
I saw that this plugin uses the same hook than the add to cart button (in case of having a product with no price (0).
How can I make so that there will be both buttons under each product?
Also, I notice that the Email Inquiry button doesn’t show on desktop (only on mobile); how can I correct that so it shows on both?

When I test the sending of the mail from the form “Email Inquiry”, I receive in undesirable message “Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender”. I specify that the sending of mails from my other forms works very well. I tested using other email addresses, always the same problem that resists.
I only have the problem with Email Inquiry.
