Trying to export in Woocommerce using the Store Export and this error comes up:
“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
Here is the information from the fatal error log:
2024-09-12T11:47:33+00:00 Critical Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes)
Any help & assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.
]]>Hi,
today I wanted to make a quick export of products but got the error:
“There was a critical error on your site. Please check your site administrator email inbox for further instructions.”
So no way to access the “quick export” file….no mail what′s going on.
Strangely, the error does not occur on my test site.
I have a test clone running…same version of WordPress, WooCommerce…all plugins run in the same version.
The error only occurs on my live site:
https://shop.golfball-uhu.de/
But not on my test site:
https://testshop.golfball-uhu.de/
The last live site quick export was easy to create (end of May).
The last plugin update (Store Export) was 8 months ago.
The only recent changes were a PHP update – but this was done for the live + test site.
Any idea what’s going on here?
Best regards
]]>Hi, we are using the Pro-version of your plugin. for quite some time now. A few weeks back we recognized, that the scheduled daily order exports stopped working, without any error.
I tried enabling the debug mode of your plugin but without any success. There are simply no clues, what the problem is. Also the server logs show no error. The woocpmmerce/wordpress status is fully ok and all directories are writeable.
Even when I manually trigger the exports, they start to run but after the 30 seconds reload of the page, nothing has happened. This behaviour can be reproduced.
Do you have any tipps for further debugging?
]]>I’m trying to Export my Orders, but it always return me an error. In this case, the email says:
“An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 1180 of the file /usr/home/noxon/www/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/data-stores/class-wc-order-data-store-cpt.php. Error message: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4096 bytes)”
Please let me know if you need more information to solve this.
On the other hand, I have the premium licence, but nobody answer me.
]]>Hello Sir,
I am hoping to export the Woocommerce order completion date. However I couldnt find it through the plugin.
I am currently using a plugin “WooCommerce PDF Invoices, Packing Slips, Delivery Notes and Shipping Labels” for generating PDF invoices and they should have the PDF invoice dates. I have tried to add “invoice_date” and “pdf_invoice_date” onto the Order Meta for Custom Order Fields but still couldn’t export that.
Could you please advise if there is any ways to acheive that?
]]>Hi, this plugin desperately needs HPOS support. Do you have a roadmap for this? Thanks.
]]>Hi. Is it possible to prepare a new format – for order export? There is actually specific epp file – for exporting order to accounting programme. Epp, this is edi ++, is a plain text file with specific headers and columns in defined order. Like csv but different. Best Regards – Thanks in advance.
]]>Hi. We have use store exporter deluxe since 2015 with great support from Michael Visser. 9 month ago we totally lost support from Michael for the plugin when we encountered errors after updating to PHP8+
We had to pay our some developers to create a fix so we could keep using the plugin in our sites. We applied the fix to version 5.3.1 which is currently working but has no HPOS support.
I can see now that you are using a different versioning numbers. Did you change it to 2.7.2.1? The tickets we created in the old visser support site are not longer accessible. https://visserlabs.zendesk.com/hc/requests/15498
How can we get the latest version in case that you already fix the error we were getting. This is a link of the issue 9 month ago. I appear as frnkoc on wp.org https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/scheduled-export-unknown-named-parameter-id-wp-hook-php308/
Here is a screenshot of the support tickets open back in January https://snipboard.io/cpO3ol.jpg
]]>Hi everybody, I’m happy to publicly announce at last that our company Rymera Web Co has acquired Visser Labs, the makers of this plugin.
You can read more detail about it here: https://visser.com.au/blog/announcement-visser-labs-acquired-by-rymera-web-co/
We’re looking forward to rebooting support on this plugin and also the popular Store Toolkit for WooCommerce plugin. Keep an eye out for updates, specifically for PHP8+ and HPOS compatibility, which will be coming soon (we appreciate your patience!)
]]>I paid for premium support a week ago and have received zero response to any form of communication.
It appears this plugin won’t run on PHP 8+ In the meantime I’ve found an alternative plugin that is now being used successfully, so now I want a refund.
Assuming I get a response from the plugin author, I will keep you all posted as I see other people with similar complaints.
]]>I personally opened a ticket on 5 November 2022 and today, 11 January 2023, after several reminders, I have still not received a response. It has now been 2 months that I have been waiting….
I see several people complaining that they don’t get a reply from the Premium Support.
Despite the update in August 2022 to solve incompatibility problems with PHP 8.0, there are people who complain about problems and receive no response. PHP 7.4 is now EOL, one must switch to PHP 8.x.
What is happening? Is this plugin to be considered dead?
This worries me a little, since the plugin is used in a production and business site (not an amateur)… and you?
It would be nice if the author could clarify the situation…
Hi team,
After exporting the orders data, the column “Order ID” is in blank.
Can you fix that? Thanks in advance.
]]>Premium version is not working with PHP 8 despite the annoucement in august. Orders are not exported.
We opened ticket 15406 (and further too), we wrote by email, we wrote on Facebook.
Michael please, solve our ticket or refund the money.
Getting the following error once I export manual and automatic:

All up to date. Incl. PHP 8.1. I think this was when the error actually started.
]]>Good morning,
first of all I apologize for the bad english. I have a problem
Today, while we were exporting from our site with the store exporter plugin, we noticed a change compared to the past months in the “Fixed date” field. As you can see from the image (https://ibb.co/p4B6rww) in the “all dates” item, the setting is that of DD / MM / YYYY instead in the fields of the “Fixed date” item it only takes the date written as MM / DD / YYYY. The problem, however, is that by doing so it no longer recognizes the data we need to export and a warning comes out that says that there are no exportable items when in reality there are.
If I try to write 15/07/2022 it is automatically replaced on 03/07/2022.
How can I solve this problem that does not allow me to download the data I need?
Tthanks
Hello,
I am with the last version of all plugins and want to export my produts with the Extra Product Options created with “TM Extra Product Options Plugin” but i can’t find an option or the meta tags to do this. Can someone help me with this?

]]>We purchased the premium version of this plugin and were using it for a year with no issues. Then it started throwing errors recently, potentially related to PHP 8 upgrade. I have submitted multiple support tickets through the premium channel and have gotten no response. Going to have to dispute the charge I suppose unless somebody will actually respond.
]]>Dear support,
We bought Store Exporter Deluxe (Version 5.2.1).
Everything was running smoothly until we moved to PHP 8.

Are you aware of this issue?
Do you plan to deliver any update soon?

]]>I bought the Deluxe version which worked fine for months. Yesterday I upgraded my PHP version from 7.4 to 8.0. Today I used the “Quick Export” function and then the system poped a “System Error” message.
Now I changed the PHP version back to 7.4, and it works fine as before. My WordPress version is 5.9.3, and I used LiteSpeed webserver and MariaDB.

]]>Hi,
I exported the orders but the Order ID is blank. How can I fix this?
Thanks!
]]>Hi, on our site checkout there’s an option for users to select “Add 3% to cover credit fees.” I’m trying to see if it’s possible for Store Exporter to export a column of the fees someone paid for their order. Right now it only shows the total order, and if we want to check whether someone paid fees, we have to look at each individual order in WooCommerce.
The information is there in WooCommerce, so it must be possible to export it, right? Is that a feature that will be added in the future or is there a way to do it that I’m missing?
Thanks
]]>This might be a specific user case, but I’ll try anyhow.
I use Store Exporter Deluxe to exports orders to FTP-server. Sometimes the order has not been exported, and upon checking the logs it says:
2021-11-08T00:11:39+00:00 NOTICE SO_1079_20211108_or-656022.xml: Error: There was a problem connecting to https://ftp.domain.no via FTP
It would be nice to have the option to get an e-mail when this happens. (By the way the order is tagged by SED as exported, even though it failed.)
]]>Hello, There is few products that i can’t export. I tried by Brands, by the exact product’s number and by all product export. I see the right number of products but it dont work when i export.

Is there a tweak that will fix this?
Thanks!
Hi,
I would like to upgrade to php version 7.3 on our ISP. I made a dry-run check of compatibility issues with all of our plugins and unfortunately, yours is one of them. From the report I produced it shows this… Should we be concerned with upgrading php?

When making the request /wp-admin/admin.php?page=woo_ce&tab=export, the plugin just hangs and eventually hits a 504 timeout error. It’s not even doing anything but it seems like it can’t navigate to that page. The theme has been stripped down to default 2020 and the only plugins that aare active are woocommerce and store export deluxe.
]]>Hello there, I charge extra fees and I see each order has the line item displaying the custom fee, How can I include that line item in the export file? I am trying via Order item meta, but it shows empty, in this case, the order line I’d like to include is “Temporary tariff surcharge” – order_fee_line_items but it is not working, can you assist on this?
Thanks!

Looking forward hearing from you
