We have installed the TT Extra Fee Option for WooCommerce plugin, and it is not calculating the 20% from the product fee correctly.
It is calculating the extra fee % after the Product and taxes. So it is calculating the extra (Tip) fee on top of the product including tax. By Law, we are not permitted to add a tip % total inclusive of Tax.
Tip must not be added on CART Total but on Product $amount BEFORE tax.
How can we receive support. Thanks
]]>Hello I have been researching to buy an appropriate plugin that works for woocommerce Addon price for individual products. Basically what I want is to have two price input option that will make as one price and that should be displayed separately. The reason we sell some items that will include some charges and when buyer return old Items we will refund the extra amount that is changed! Example The price of the Battery is $100.00 and the returning charge is $50.00 In total we have to charge $150.00..! And that should be displayed in the shop page and products page (Law)..! And one customer bring back the old Battery we will refund the returning charge $50.00 to customer..! Could you please explain me is there a solution, plain for this in woo commerce..! Please check this link, and something like this..https://www.partsource.ca/products/19b6461s-centric-remanufactured-brake-caliper?_pos=3&_sid=d885bd44e&_ss=r You could see in this “plus $70.00” has been added. Thanks
]]>Hi,
One of our clients has a problem with the “Extra Fee Options PRO” plugin. They use Paypal as a payment option. They use this plugin to charge a 3.4% paypal payment fee to the webshop client.
Now Paypal charges a 3.4% fee over the entire ordervalue. So cart total + shipping price. Currently with the plugin, we can only charge a fee for the cart total instead of cart total + shipping cost.
Because of this, the 3.4% of shippingcosts isn’t charged to the webshop client.
Is there a solution for this?
Hope to hear from you soon.
Kind regards

Hello
Is it possible to add the fees as optional, to add a checkbox at checkout “Click to cover credit card fees” which if they click will then add a 3% fee of total to order?
Hi!
I dont know if this problem occurred after updating to WooCommerce 4.3.0, but I have set extra fee to 8.75%, but the fee is not 8.75%: https://www.screencast.com/t/V2Z6lOPOmC3

]]>Hi
Can you tell me, If I add a fee to a subscription will it be added to all future renewals or just the first order?
Hi there,
Is it possible to apply a coupon to remove the Woocommerce Extra Fee option amount in the cart please for selected customers who apply the coupon? We have a £10 admin fee on items which we would like to remove when selected customers apply a promo coupon and notice our coupon, although set up correctly, has no effect in the cart currently.
Many thanks
]]>Hi there
I’ve been using your plugin for a project that I have and it works perfect.
I have another plugin that splits my orders by vendor, it’s called “WC Marketplace” and every time there’s a sale, the plugin splits the order depending on the vendors who are selling the products.
Then, this plugin generates an email to every vendor letting them know that an order was placed with their products.
The totals that WC Marketplace shows are correct and are the same ones than WooCommerce generates. The only thing that is missing is the Extra Fee that your plugin generates.
Please open the next link to see image attached:
https://allstarengraving.com/new/wp-content/uploads/Extrafee.png
On this image, you will see how WooCommerce shows the extra fee generated by your plugin, but on the vendors email generated by WC Marketplace does not.
I contacted the developers for WC Marketplace about this issue and they told me to contact you, because they can’t solve this but you.
Would you help me doing it please? If so, I would send you the file that I need to modify.
This is their answer:
————————–
as you just need to display the extra cost calculated by that plugin, then please ask the plugin author how you can display the calculated cost.
Now, you have to override the “vendor-new-order.php” template file and display the extra cost.
You can check how to modify the email template inside the email template – https://github.com/dualcube/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/blob/master/templates/emails/vendor-new-order.php

Thank you so much for your attention!
]]>Hello, is it possible to modify the plugin to have it apply an extra fee when the order’s total is more than the specified minimum amount, instead of less?
]]>Hi there. I want to integrate a checkbox. If selected a % is added to the subtotal. How can i do this? ??
]]>The plugin doesn’t calculate the cart correctly when it comes to adding fees the subscription products that have a Sign Up fee.
It applies the “Sign Up” fee to the recurring fee which is wrong.
Example – If I have a product that cost a recurring $40/month with sign up fee of $2500, and an additional fee of 3.5%, the results should be:
Sign-up: $2,500.00 + 3.5% = $2,628.90
Recurring: $40 + 3.5% = $41.40
This is how the fee should be applied.
]]>Hi,
This plugin works well; however it does not allow me the ability to choose when to apply the extra fee; for example local delivery or shipped via UPS.
Would you please help me to set the Extra fee only when the purchase is to be delivered locally and exclude when the client decides to have the products shipped via UPS?
Thank you for your support.
]]>Hi,
Im using the plugin on my site broendum.com/webshop and all works perfectly, except one thing.
The extra fee amount is visible on the check out page, but it does not add to the total amount.
For instance the total amount is 100 £ for 1 product, and the extra fee is 10 £. But in the column where it displays the full amount it only shows 100 £ – not 110 £.
Any solution?
Best regards,
Morten
Hi,
Thanks for this awesome plugin. But I am having an issue with Paypal Adaptive payments. If I am using standard paypal then its working fine but with adaptive paypal its showing correct amount on checkout but afterwards its showing the original price without adding the additional fee.
Can you please let me know about the possible issue why isn’t it working with Paypal adaptive payments.
Thanks
]]>I assumed this was an optional thing the user could select such as “rush processing” but the fee is always applied.
Is it NOT optional?
]]>Hello!
First of all, thanks a lot for your work on this plugin.
Unfortunately, I have a problem I cannot solve. If someone pays with PayPal on our website and is being redirected to paypal for paying the order, the sum is different than on the shop. This results in payments having a different amount.
I tried to play around with the settings and taxable/not taxable but in any case there is a lower or even no extra fee at all shown on PayPal.
Do you have any idea what could cause the problem?
Many thanks in advance.
]]>Hi,
Im using this plugin with Woocommerce deposit, But it only add extra fee to the first payment and not the second. How can I fix that?
]]>Dear,
i have a website in EN and DE.
I put this : Registration & Materiel Fee in the plugin.
I need to have this translater in german for the website.
I found this line in the plugin:
__($extra_fee_option_label, ‘woocommerce’)
but i don’t fing how to get the label translated on the website.
Thank you very much for your help.
I have a few products that need to have $32 added to them when shipped ground. The same products need to have $45 added to them when shipped air. The same products need to have $70 added to them when shipped Internationally. I use FedEx and UPS plugins to calculate shipping. Will any of your plugins or combo of plugins work for this? Thanks!
]]>Based upon the name of the plugin, it is missing the feature for customers to choose the extra fee. Being an option, the customer needs to have the ability to select it. (i.e. a checkbox on the checkout screen to include or exclude the fee, then recalculate total.)
]]>Hi,
does your plug provide this :
add 2 euros extra fee from 2 specific categories (called x and y) product in cart
If 1, 5 or 10 products in cart from category X and/or Y
it add 2 euros extra fee
Nice plugin it works!!
anyway, i need to put dropdown option on chart/checkout instead of set automatically on admin (back end). So people or may customer can choose any option fees available. can you help and suggestion for that, please?
]]>I have EFO Pro running and have created a new filter where if a credit card is used with a minimum of $100 there is a 4% fee added. All works except the minimum part. I’ve tried adding in “$”, not, adding in different values… Any help here would be appreciated!
]]>I have configured WooCommerce Extra Fee Options PRO to add a “Convenience Fee “of 3% Cart value whenever a customer selects credit card payment.
I have a separate “Service Fee” that is either fixed or per-item based on cart item count. No plugin supports this so my code for that is below.
My problem is that the convenience fee is not including the service fee in the 3% calculation. I thought it might be a priority issue so looked and it seems EFO Pro uses the default priority (10) and I set my calculation’s priority to 5, but that did not seem to make a difference.

]]>Hi there, I just downloaded your plugin and it works great! I’m just wondering if it’s possible to create a fixed fee like $5 for orders below a certain amount and a variable fee like 10% when orders are above a certain amount.
Hoping for your reply! Thanks!

]]>I would really love to see a plugin like this that can add the extra fee if the order is below a certain amount per brand, the reason is that I sell 4 different brands, they have to come to me for embroidery before I ship to the customer. each brand charges me a different amount of sipping so I need to pass that cost on to the customer if they order a small quantity of each brand. Applying a low order cost overall does not work because customers will order 1 thing from 4 different brands which will mean the total in the cart is more than required for a low order fee but I am still incurring costs for 4 different shipping fees. I hope that makes sense.
