It incorrectly reports ‘ecomm_prodid’: “26262315810” for a totally different product ID.

It reports page_view instead of item_view.

From the browser plugin i see that all is work, for example:

ecomm_pagetype product
ecomm_totalvalue 1470

Now, in analytics, I see correctly the Product ID passing but how i can define the other 2 options of page type and total order?

Im stuck now and im not sure everything is ok.

I setup plugin with standard id and correct google ads code.

When I check product page source there is a:

Should be any other result tag in analysis available?

I use WP-Rocket. I seen on forum that I should disable some features and i removed from deffered js 2 codes:

I believe I’ve followed all the steps to install the Plugin properly, added the necessary settings. Disabled the gtag.js feature as we already have it in the code.
However, there’s no information being send through when I try to validate the tag with tag assistant?

I’m trying to make dynamic ads with google, but google ads shows me this error message for my ads: ecomm_prodid never received

I have variations on my product pages but they have unique url based on the attributes. And on google merchant center i see that the feed get the correct product ID of the variations.

For prodcut feed I use WooCommerce Product Feed (Woo Feed) and as i see its ok because in the merchant center the prodcuts have the correct variations IDs

Can you please suggest a solution for this issue?

1.WooCommerce Google Product Feed plugin or something similar to upload the products to the Google Merchant Center
We added manually our products to Google Merchant Center. Do you recommend this?

2. Google Merchant Center Account with all products uploaded
Does the data collection only works with the product that are uploaded?

3. Google Ads account with a configured remarketing tag
What do you mean with this? Could you explain it a bit more?

Prodid seems to be epmpty when i switch to SKU. Sku should be the best way because Google Merchant Feed has SKU in ID. This problem happened 2 weeks ago – what should i do? How to make proper ecomm_prodid as a RIGHT SKU code?

I have variable products on my site, when I create a feed for a merchant, it is created without parent products, only variations.
But your plugin collects product ids from parent products that I do not have in ads, no data comes out. I cannot collect from a non-match id
Are there ways to solve the problem?

It seems even if gtag.js has already been inserted the config function should still be called for it to work.

I installed the global site tag on my website from another Google product (example: Google Analytics) or from another Google Ads account: If this option applies to you, you won’t need to add the global site tag to your website again; however, for conversion tracking to work for this account, you’ll need to add the config command (the piece of code that contains your conversion ID) to every instance of the global site tag.

I have a potential issue though.

When using Google Tag assistant I see the request appear twice for these properties.

event page_view
ecomm_pagetype product
ecomm_category Accessories
ecomm_prodid 12531
ecomm_totalvalue 32

My question is will this cause a problem?

My second question is I have a different plugin that wants to use these properties below .

event view_item
dynx_itemid 12531
dynx_pagetype offerdetail
dynx_totalvalue 32

Will having both of the above requests cause a conflict?

related to my previous question I have now disabled the code in your plugin.
Disable gtag.js insertion if another plugin is inserting it already.

However, I notice that wgdr-frontend.css is still being loaded on the front-end.
Of course just 1 kb and not much, but unnesary request and would be nice to hide it. Can we remove this function when disabling the gtag.js?

Next to remarketing I am measuring some things with GTM and also including Facebook Pixel via my Google Tag Manager.

However, for GTM to work I have implement a short code in the <head> of my website. Now when I check I noticed that two GTM codes are implemented. Once a GTAG (your plugin) and once GTM (manual implementation).

Is there a way to implement these together, so I do not have to run this twice?

I am not sure but I believe your last update is causing an duplication on the Tags.

When I activate your plugin I see an error on the Tags and this duplication:

4.Google Analytics UA-42439574-1

When I disable your plugin I see no error on the tags and only see this:

Congrats for the plugin!

But unfortunately doesn’t preform well, the products displayed on the Ads Are not dynamic at all. Thy are always the same.

I think the error might be the “Prefix filed” in the plugin settings.

What should I write on that field? Could you kindly clarify?

I recently set this up but I am getting the following error in the Google Ads Audience Source “100% of ecomm_prodid values received don’t match your feed”, the feed is generated by the WooCommerce Google Product Feed and checking the feed seems to have the correct prodid so im a bit confused.

Any advice would be welcome.

I encounter an issue by our Sentry instance:

When a product is sold our, the $product->get_price() is empty, which result into an JS Error, “unexpected }”.

Recommended to surround this with floatval, like:
