When I activate this plugin I get the following error: defined index: player_location in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-hss-extension-for-streaming-video/includes/add-download.php

I’m not sure what to do to resolve this. I’ve tried removing the plugin and reinstalling it, but the error continues to happen.

Hi Dev, i am facing issue with video streaming. When i test my site, i failed payment once , but still video appeared in user dashboard.

In WooCommerce “my account” page, when clicking on ‘videos’ tab, this warning appears:

I’m using this plugin for the first time, as I want to use it for my client WordPress. I’ve used my MasterCard for the payment and it was successful, but I’m unable to Watch the video, on the order list, the Order ID was their that I’ve purchased the video….. PLS HOW CAN I PAY AND BE ABLE TO WATCH THE VIDEO????

It looks like both Jetpack’s YouTube Shortcode Embeds and hss.woo.css use the CSS class .fluid-width-video-wrapper. The !important flag in hss.woo.css’s “position: static !important” causes YouTube videos embedded with Jetpack to display the video over most of the page it’s embedded on. I’ll probably just end up changing the name of the HSS class on my site, but figured I’d mention the issue in case no one’s noticed it before.

I am making a website for watching paid videos and I have build it around this plugin, but now I see that it does not support video groups. If I have to switch to the other plugin – Easy Digital Downloads, it will mean that I’ll have to create the site all over again, and until now I have spent a lot of time and money on building the current version.

My question is – What can I do to have video groups and if a group is paid, then the subproducts(videos) appear? I believe there is a workaround.

I have integrate Woo Commerce HSS Extension and have auto created products for videos hosted at hoststreamsell.com.

Basically I want to sell product as DVD, Stream and Downloadable.

Can anyone tell me how can add variations to auto created products by HSS as DVD, Stream and Downloadable with different price.

So that when customer purchase DVD he will get DVD only and not Stream/Download access and vice versa.

Please let me know as early as possible how can I do this.

When I made a test purchase of videos hosted on HSS using Woocommerce Product Bundles plugin I don’t have access to full lenght videos. When I buy videos separately everything works fine.

I installed and configured the plugin and I can see the product I’ve created but under the video it says
‘If you are seing this you may not have Flash installed!’

I know that I do have Flash installed and I also tested from other computers. So I cannot see any video or trailer.

Any suggestions?

Hi guys, I want to test the streaming and dont understand how to give access.

Just for testing I have allowed check payment , then approve the order by setting it to complete in woocommerce. But no link is sent, only an order confirmation.

I am also curious how this will work in real life.

Hi! I’ve downloaded the plugin, installed it but when I tried to active it i’ve got a Syntax error on line 105 on the file add-download.php.

It seems that are two errors in the file, there are two incorrect opening <?php lines, there are <? instead of <?php .

Just search for <? and replace it for <?php
