I was able to get this working on the backend, but it is a bit over my head to get it displaying on the front end. I was going to post the job on freelancer.com but thought I would check with you first to see how much you would charge to get it functional.

Plugin no longer works

This plugin no longer works. It adds the data to the database, but the data does not display in the UI on the product page. The description field always displays empty no matter how many times I enter text into it and save the product.

The only thing I have done recently is update to the latest WooCommerce (2.3.3)

can you please provide a functional example on how to make the variable description to display on my item page? You mention that the helper ‘wcpvd_get_variation_description’ is needed, but I am not sure how to use this? I am guessing that I need a function added to my child them functions.php. any help would be appreciated. Thank you
