Just had a customer email me saying he got 200+ review emails from me. I can’t figure out what and why this happened, but I would advice everyone to stay away from this plugin at the moment.

Hi, I got a plugin that has different order statuses, and I think your plugin is not working properly with it, this line specifically:
add_action( ‘woocommerce_order_status_completed’, array( $this, ‘remind_review’ ), 10, 1 );

I make use of WordPress 3.7.10 (in Dutch) and WC2.0.20. In the past months the plugin worked fine, however without any updates or changes the emails won’t be send anymore. The main file in the Plugins > Edit screen is set as active, however the class-wc-review-reminder.php file is marked as “not active”. This might causes that the emails are not send. Thus, what causes this problem and how to solve this?

I just noticed that in our Woocommerce plugin, the word “sale” for a product that has a special offer price lower than the normal price, is translated wrong in German:
German -> “Verkauf” means regular selling -> should be “Aktion” for special offer or so.

It looks like the review reminder mails are not send.
I tried with orders for my self and do not receive te mail.

Is this a known problem?

I have edited the messages using the filter method, but there are no links to the products to review included in the email.

How can I add the links?

Also, using the filters, how can I include the purchasers name like the example shows John Doe.

This plugin is great but why it sends also to cancelled orders and order in the trash?

Are you able to add the feature to choose the number of days on the admin order page?
You can leave it as is by default with an option in the setting to use the number of days per each order.
Reason why is when I get a tracking number I mark the product as shipped, each tracking number has a different delivery timeframe, could be 1 day, could be 10 days, so it would be very convenient to remind customer right after he receives the product to review it.
