Help please, recently there was a problem with the products tab of Woocommerce Product Video. Youtube videos are embedded in this tab using the code.
More recently, images have become blurred.
I see pixelation on all apple devices: MacBook, iPad Pro, iPhone x

I want to use some shortcode from the plugin borlabs cookie plugin. This shortcode will block the youtube video from playing without approval of the customer.

But it seems your plugin does not support shortcode? Could you please change that?

I have a problem with the plugin after updating to the latest version of woocommerce 3.4.5 and wordpress 4.9.8 where there was a video the tab works perfectly. where it was not present from the following error:

It have worked perfectly until a few weeks, i’ve tried everything to avoid any malfunction due another plugin but nothing works

The error message appears only in the products in which i didn’t add any video, in the products with video there’s no problem shown.

I’m running the Woocommerce Product Video Tab (Version 2.3.1) which works fine on some products but no longer will display on others.

The system will not save the data I input for the field — title or urls.. I enter them, update the product/page return and these fields are blank again.

This has happened for several of our products, but others work…

My hosting company have just upgraded to the stable mysql 5.5 and now the videos are just showing as https://vimeo.com/******* in both chrome and firefox – I have noticed this occur on a localhost server at home when switching from php 5.2.4 to php 5.3.13 ( mysql 5.5.24 )

I have deactivated and reactivated but nothing has changed. As I sell actual videos as the product itself, its quite important I demo them so anything you could suggest to help would be appreciated.

Thanks for making this plugin! I can’t seem to get it to work for the products – I use WPMS, not sure if that’s the problem or not. There are no input fields in the dashboard when I click on the Video tab.

I love this plugin- it does exactly what I need it to do and is simple to use. Very well done. My only issue is that the videos won’t play in firefox. Everything works fine in other browsers I’ve tried (chrome, safari, IE) but in Firefox I get an error that says “no video with supported format and MIME type found”. I can right click and view the video fine in another window, but for some reason the video embedded in the page won’t work. I’m not sure if this is an issue with just my Firefox (plugin issues and whatnot) or if the videos won’t play in all of Firefox.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

This tab works great on a pc, but when viewd on a iphone the video doesn’t show at all, just a blank space where the vid should be.
Any ideas as of why i doesn’t show the youtube embedded code?

This is great plugin, but is it possible to use shortcode to display video? Now it shows just shortcode code instead of video [su_youtube_advanced url=”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BE2EYLx2iiQ” controls=”no” autohide=”yes” theme=”light”], is there any restriction for [] ? I really like your plugin, but I have a small problem : I style my tabs with a little icon, which is impossible to do with your plugin. The li class takes the title of the video, so it’s different from one product to another.

It would make sense to have a constant class (eg. li.seb-video_tab)

What do you think ?

When i write a title wich content special characters (like é,è, ?…), the code return a big error:

I think it comes from the fact you are using the “maybe_unserialize” function which does not work with special characters.

Supposedly the video should only show when someone click on video tab but recently when i open my product page the video will appear in top left corner of the page and blocking the product page contents and i cant close it. Only option is to refresh page.

I have a WP multi-site set up, with a second site acting as a shop for my main site. It is this second site that I set up Mystile theme and Woocommerce. I want to feature a video on my product page, and installed the plug in. But I get a message on the plugin page of the shop site, saying I need to first install and activate the WooCommerce plugin. Which I have, doing a network wide activation from admin. But for some reason the video plugin won’t work. Any solutions would be much appreciated. Thanks!
