All of my stores use the XL NMI gateway plugin. Never had any issues until now. Recently built a new store and woocommerce now has HPOS as standard. I tried everything i could think of as fat as the woocommerce, advanced tab, features. It still will not work even if i check the legacy posts box.

]]>The payment gateway is no longer giving a customer a reason why their credit card is being declined (or it is, at least happening?periodically). The customer is shown an error message after entering card?details incorrectly which says “error processing” and/or the round “thinking” circle just keeps spinning, then times out and the error processing message displays.? More often than not, the issue seems to be tied to the customer not properly formatting their card number or expiration date.
I expect the system to be telling the customer?what the problem is (or at least highlight the error area so the customer knows what issue needs to be fixed.??
I just tried this myself – I put in the wrong card # and incorrectly entered the expiration date, the 2nd screen shot shows the error message.? If the system won’t highlight or state the exact issue – ex:? expiration date invalid, it should at least indicate that the card info formatting is incorrect…??

XL NMI Gateway for WooCommerce was updated today (9/22/23) from 2.2.0 to 2.3.0. Since the update, my site will not load unless I deactivate the plugin. With plugin deactivated, I’m not able to accept payments for products on my website.
My site is built with WordPress and running the most up-to-date version with PHP 8.0 and WooCommerce 8.1.1.
Needs to be fixed ASAP as this is costing me money. Any help?

We are using woofunnels-woocommerce-nmi-gateway and were successfully capturing tokens ( _wc_nmi_gateway_woocommerce_credit_card_payment_token ) when the plugin was set to AUTHORIZE AND CAPTURE.
Since changing the Payment setting to AUTHORIZE ONLY, we are no longer seeing that token.
Is it possible to get that token with AUTHORIZE ONLY?

The transaction never gets authorized , declined, captured , NOTHING is there, it doesn’t make it to NMI.

After changing merchant account, I updated the secret keys in the plugin – but it’s not working anymore. Looks like it saves a short private key even though I input the correct one.
The secret keys work for sure because I use them in another NMI gateway plugin..
Tried reinstalling, rollbacking, didn’t work.

]]>Per our payment processor, it has been requested that we add CCV verification to the payment gateway. I notice that there is a way to add CCV verification, but only for saved cards. Can CCV entry be added for all cards, including those that will not be saved/tokenized?

]]>Since yesterday afternoon all of my orders are failing..the original error message I was receiving was:
XL NMI Gateway for WooCommerce Frontend Payment Failed (Error Processing Transaction. Please contact customer service.)
I reverted back to version 2.02 to see if it was the latest update that was effecting my site. Since I’ve activated that version all of the orders are still failing and now I’m seeing a different error message:
XL NMI Gateway for WooCommerce Frontend Payment Failed (The cc payment type [Visa] and/or currency [USD] is not accepted REFID:1160523000) Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.
We’ve tested our NMI merchant accounts and they are working fine so it seems to be something specific to this plugin. Do you have any idea of why this is occurring or a solution for this issue as we need to get it resolved asap.
