I would like to report that it is currently pulling in dates for the reviews from Amazon incorrectly.

1. The dates are wrong for the reviews in many cases
2. The plugin does not pull the reviews into WooCommerce in chronological order.
3. It keeps pulling the same reviews multiple times.
   
   – Firstly the dates being wrong seems like a no brainer to fix.
   
   – Secondly if you can’t pull the review in chronological order there is no way to know which reviews are already added to the product in WooCommerce.

I decide to edit the review, I have noticed that the images uploaded by the reviewer are being inadvertently deleted from the review. To provide more context, let me outline the steps:

1. A customer leaves a review for a product along with an image.
2. I navigate to the “Products > Reviews” section in WooCommerce admin and select a review to edit.
3. During the editing process, I make changes to the text of the review without modifying the image.
4. Upon saving the edited review, I observe that the image that was initially uploaded by the reviewer has been removed from the review.

Importance of the Issue: Images play a significant role in product reviews as they provide valuable visual information to potential buyers. It’s crucial for me to preserve these images, even if I choose to edit the accompanying review text.

Able to successfully connect the store and access areas to add reviews with both the plugin, and the extension. Both are able to find the product by ID, and when adding the notice of “Review Added Successfully” appears. However, no reviews are added to the product page, to the review approval area or anywhere else in the backend.

I paid for the premium version and I did everything I had to download and do and it was working for a while but after I update some plug ins this one stopped working, could you help me out with this, please?

Hi, good plugin but I’m expecting some issues. The most important is related to reviews date, they doesn’t correspond to the original Amazon ones.
Other things is that the reviews are ordered by date, the first one is the oldest, because of the lack of a configuration panel to manage order it should be imported on opposite order, the first one should be the newest one.
It should be great to have a pagination in order to display a limited reviews by single page.

I could only get the chrome plugin to import reviews individually, but it doesn’t import images. The plugin page reviews importer imports reviews that show in the plugin but don’t apply to the product. When I go to an individual product to import reviews, it gets stuck on a loading screen. I’m trying to get picture reviews on my products from Amazon using a chrome browser.

Any way to get the images to line up side by side horizontally instead of on top of each other?

I suggest importing reviews from other languages already translated and being able to import videos in reviews.

I edited the dates in the reviews so they aren’t all one month like how it was when it was imported. Then for some reason the reviews keep changing their dates and orders so I keep going back in every day and redoing it. I went two days without doing it and now all the reviews are in October! HELP!

I noticed past posts about 0 results showing for review count, but I found some interesting points. In rich results, it shows zero count, although it does see the reviews. If I disable the plugin, the count also shows zero, but the reviews still show.

Iv had this plugin for 2 days, imported 109 reviews, and it already shows I maxed my import. I thought I had 400 free imports?

One other thing, my admin css gets considerably changed while this plugin is active. My radio buttons are effected, and the top portion of post edits are bolded.

The total number of imported reviews does not display on the product page or the shop page.

This is a fresh installation of WP. The only other plugins installed are WooCommerce, Elementor and the WooShark Product Importer.

I can’t scroll down to select the import reviews button. We are able to download and edit reviews from aliexpress; however, we are unable to scroll down to the bottom of the module to select the “import review” button so that the reviews can be saved to the product listing.

Is there a video or documentation that illustrates how to properly use this plugin? Your assistance is appreciated.

Under woocommerce i click in the impor treviews button, put the amazon Asin and then add reviews from Amazon, the spinning icon apear and keep spining without importing, i try different ASIN with the same results
