Hello, first of all, thank you for a great plugin. I encountered an issue where, when a customer leaves a review that requires approval, no points are added to the customer’s account after an admin approves it. On the other hand, if an admin leaves a review that doesn’t require approval, points are applied immediately. Could this be fixed that customer receives points after review approval?

I want customers to be able to view the number of points they have and to apply them to the purchase. I have tried several different ways of displaying:
1. With shortcode separately on each page
2. Updated the Appearance > Woocommerce >
3. Updated Appearance > Legacy
All changes I have made do not result in the points being displayed anywhere.

I noticed that the plugin allows multiple coupons to be used at the same time. How do we restrict it so that a customer who has earned 2 Coupons can’t use them at the same time? In otherwords allow coupons set up to be “Individual Use Only”
Hello, would it be possible to create different discount coupons related to each affiliate user? And that way, when a specific coupon is used, the affiliate who was assigned that coupon earns the commission.
Well, as happens in many online stores where you can become an affiliate, and they give you your own discount coupon so you can promote it.

If a customer uses points to place an order with the payment method being a bank transfer and does not transfer the payment immediately, the order status remains “On hold” during this period, and the points are not deducted. Subsequently, if the customer places another order, they can continuously use the points that haven’t been deducted. This is a loophole. Is it possible to configure the system so that when a customer uses points to place an order, the points are immediately deducted, even if the payment method is bank transfer and the transfer is not made immediately?

I want my clients to get 1€ discount for 15€ spent on my website.
So i set 15 points earned for 15€ but i have a problem with the earning of points.
When i buy exactly 15€ of product I do not earn my 15 points… Even when i set up 14€ for 15 points and buy for 15€ I still do not get my points.
I had to set up 12€ for 15 points but it is not what i want.
I would like to have 15 points for 15€ spent and 1€ discount for the 15 points earned.
Can you help me fix this?

In early August, WooCommerce plans to switch to High-Performance Order Storage as the standard method of storing order details and potentially discontinuing the old method (source below).
We would like to prepare for the change ahead of time, but WC blocks the setup saying, “This feature shouldn’t be enabled: the MyRewards plugin is active and isn’t compatible with it.”
As we approach the slated goal for WC to standardize the new storage method, I am wondering if work has begun to ensure Long Watch Studios plugins will be compatible in time. When can we expect MyRewards to support HPOS?

]]>Hi, I’m using the MyRewards plugin and it has been working great!
I have only one question concerning the creation of multiple coupons for one customer. I have set the program to give 100 points for each 1 euro spent and for every 10000 points the customer will receive a coupon. Also, I have opted to send an email for every reward won.
The shop however has a few products that cost 2.000€ which is about 200000 points. This means the customer will receive about 20 coupons. I’m ok with the customer having that much coupons but I don’t want him/her to receive 20 different emails with the coupons.
Is this what will happer? Is it possible to prevent it from happening?

I also would not like previous orders to be taken into account when activating.
Can you customise when emails are sent, and choose to never send emails about points? And make sure that emails are not sent when the plugin is activated?
