As i just noticed how bbPress is an unbelievably simplistic, feature-less, and frankly pathetic excuse for a bulletin board software with even more pathetic plugins available for it, i don’t understand why this extension no longer is being updated!
It’s frankly hard to believe that in this day and age WordPress doesn’t have any other free integrable BBS than bbPress. MyBB is a very good and well updated BBS that could take WordPress out of the current meager situation into one that is rather expected by all softwares used to build communities these days.
I’d gladly pay for an extension that could integrate WP with MBB!
]]>This plugin doesn’t work and the author’s and documentation website listed no longer exists… interestingly though the PayPal ‘Donate’ button still works perfectly well!… why am I not surprised?

]]>After adding the name of my admin login for the forum I get the message that my default post author username does not exist. I’ve been posting with that exact username so there’s no reason it shouldn’t be recognising it?

]]>I am facing a problem with wordBB 2.9 ad 3.0, i discussed it with rosario a year back, and seems like no solution has been found around it yet.
I did not set any categories in wordBB, so, all categories link to the default forum.
So, lets assume i have a single post, that is linked to 5 different wordpress categories. When i click on the link that creates the forum by wordBB, it actually creates 5 threads! Instead of one!
This being said, only one of those posts is actually the bridge between wordpress and mybb. So i would then need to check which version shows in wordpress and delete all the rest. What can i do to fix this problem?
