We’ve tested a lot of chat programs, and most start to choke and fail once you get about 20 users chatting at the same time. We have not had this problem with 123flashchat on a dedicated server. This system also has lots of options for customizing they way the different parts can work, or be turned off, giving lots of robust options.

Our users have been enjoying this system more than the simpler ones we have tried, it has been worth the investment to get the pro version for our buddyrpress / wordpress community.

I think that after searching and trying many other software’s, using 123flashchat for 4 years now it’s the best solution you can get.
The prices compared with the realiability, what it offers and continues updates (free updates) are more than great.
Since 2010 i bought other 3 license of this chat for others and all of them are very happy with the software.
I have installed on many platform and it’s working great.

Over 2 years with 123flashchat now and 123flashchat is only getting better and better to keep up with the latest streaming and chat trends. We love this chatting software, simply no other better chatting script exist. The wordpress integration makes it much easier to have a chat site with content. cant wait for their next innovationa in the next version that should be coming out in few days. I would like to recommend a version of 123flashchat that is already integrated with wordpress and ready to install from scratch, would make it much easier for new websites and users who arent familiar with integration process. GREAT SOFTWARE, THANKS!

We are using 123flashchat since 2010 and they are really good.

The best thing about this software is the frequent updates they release with great new features and all free if you are within your service period.
I am waiting their new version 10 which will be great as i saw from pre release screenshots

support is good and your ticket will be responded within hours from submitting.

prices compared to reliability are great you can start a chat room as low as 20$ per month.

I would give this software 10 out of 10 and recommend it to any one who would like to add a chat room to his website

We’re currently using 123FlashChat over three years now.
There have been many improvements and changes made over this time and they’re really listening to their customers on what could be added to make it even better!

I believe that 123FlashChat could be the future and we’ll probably see less and less of chats running on IRC, DigiChat and stuff like that.

There are many ways in which you can customize this software to meet your very own needs.

Overall, I would recommend 123FlashChat.. the alternatives don’t even come close to what 123FlashChat offers.

We paid $1300.00 for this software and after less than 30 days, we driven near crazy by their lack of care. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this company.

Be VERY careful of buying from this company. While the product is ok, the support will make you nearly insane.
This company has the very worse support I have EVER experienced. At times, I would be down for WEEKS before they would get around to fixing things.

Each and every support ticket, no matter if you say normal or critical, is responded to in the same manner. 99% of the time, they never understand what you want or care and simply ask for full admin access to your server.
If you run a tight ship, be prepared to give that up because they will want full access to your server and will never tell you what they fixed.

Even tiny fixes such as adding one single line will cost you $200.00 if it is something that they will not tell you about.
Forums are a complete joke and most of the time is filled with spam. If someone does respond, they never give you an answer because they don’t want anyone to know anything so that they can keep charging you extra support money.

By the way, their software does NOT allow you to use a NAT address. You actually have to use a real public IP in order to get all of the features to work. That alone was a nightmare for us.

PS: They do heavy marketing such as making sure that they have positive reviews by fake users as well so do your research, join their forums, ask around before you get sucked into the marketing BS.
