I needed a countdown timer for a weekend sale banner and this works great. I was even able to change the size. There are more options if you purchase the pro version but this was enough for me.
Thanks!

Great little plugin for adding a simple count-down/count-up clock. Looks good and works.
Hopefully some future features might include:
~ Countdown that converts to Countup when clock hits 0
~ Resetting countdown, like for weekly meeting or yearly anniversary.

I am glad I pickup this plugin from a long list of similar plugin. I just need a simple days countdown to a date and this plugin do that prefectly.
I am amaze that another user complaint that he was asked to povide personal info. Definitely NOT! Must be dreaming or referring to another plugin. Please be truthful in reviewing – fair is fair.
I will use this plugin for 3 months – then deactivate after the target date is reached!
Thanks

Apparently, there’s no way to remove the “get this” link…

I wanted to add a countdown to my website. Unbeknownst to me, literally all the plugins out there are terrible except for this one. It does not have a terrible looking background, you are not required to have an extra logo on top, you can add it to a widget and the days, hours, etc are translated. Overall it’s a sleek and simple plugin, without the extra BS that the other ones have.
If you want a countdown, get this one.
P.s. dseim’s claim that this plugin asks for your personal data is completely false. This plugin does not require you to log into anything

This seems nice at first. I went thru the entire process to setup a simple countdown. Then to implement it it demands that you sign in by using your social media or email. This is unacceptable. There is no good reason they need personal info for something like this.
Did I mention if you want the premium version without a logo to have to buy subscription. Are these people serious? I would happily give a few bucks for a good plugin. But they want money every month and that cost increases based on how many visitors you get working it’s way up to $40/MONTH. Are you kidding me.
Very bait and switch as you go thru the whole setup of your timer before it it required you to login. That was it for me.

I tried a bunch of other free countdown plugins and none was good… NONE.
This one works fine on my bilingual website. It takes my theme’s design so it integrates perfectly.
Thanks for the great work.

Super simple. Works in a popup, unlike most of the counters I’ve tried. Thank you so much.

This is a good plugin. It was quick to install, easy to set up, no hiccups, overall two thumbs up. But, being the opinionated developer I am, I want things on my site to be my way, and styling this plugin is not as simple as it could be, due (I believe) to one particular feature of its implementation.
I was trying to hide the minutes and seconds sections of the countdown, but whenever I tried to inspect them my inspector spasmed and they weren’t selected any more–I have a strong hunch this is because the spans themselves are regenerated every second (as opposed to just the contents of the spans). Not sure why this decision was made, and it’s probable it was made consciously, and for a good reason, but from where I’m standing it seems strange. Why not just set a class on each span, then select that span and update its contents?

This plug-in works great with WordPress 3.5.1. Just what I like simple but effective. No excess code to bloat my install.

This is a nice and flexible countdown timer with lots of formatting options.
One problem though; the countdown timers don’t have an option to expire when the time is past. Having to go in and remove each timer when it should expire is a major pain and inconsistent with CMS concepts.
Otherwise it’s a great plug-in and doesn’t appear to conflict with my other calendar plug-ins.

Very nice plugin. Unfortunately it has a bug preventing loading of language script. Read about my solution here.
