Installed, threw fatal error to an undefined function and then my whole site went down. Deleted the active plugins field in the options table, didn’t work. Re-installed WP and all was fine again. Weird…

Can I ask about the status of WordPress Hook Sniffer? I just tried it out 3.4.1 multisite and couldn’t view any output.
