This plugin hasn’t been updated since 2009 (and might not receive any more future updates). However, it is still a very good start for someone looking to build a custom calendar widget on his website.
The most appreciated feature is that you can display multiple ICS, wich is great, since most of the most recents plugins out there are charging fees for that.

This is very much exactly what I am looking for. The ability to import / display an externally managed calendar is a lame or chargeable add-on elsewhere.
This does exactly what is required, however the displayed output needs a lot of work – web implementer CSS coding – which is tedious.
Embedded hyperlinks in the source calendar and categories are not supported.
Would be great is there was an easy to use CSS style control with this – or at least expose / document the container IDs.
