it works great. Simple to understand and install. As a matter of fact it is the only one I found on here that actually works.

Finally, the comment boxes show up on my pages!

It used to work, but it does not work any longer in WorPress version 4.9.6. If I click Settings, a message appears like <i>You are not allowed to access this page</i>. I checked functions.php and .htaccess and deleted any restrictions, but without success. I don’t have a security plugin installed except for <i>Limit Login Attempts</i>.

It’s Good!
The only thing is could all the comment goes to a certain email address, that I would like to refer it to?

This looks like a good plugin with a lot of features I need, and I’m considering getting the pro version. However, I need nested comments for this project – a feature supported by most WordPress themes – and the free version REMOVES that functionality.
I absolutely support developers charging for additional features, but in my opinion a plugin should not override standard features provided by the core program.
Also – lime green borders? Of course I can override this in the css, but why make a loud color with potential of clashing with the user’s theme the default without providing a color picker?

Until this is updated to use responsive techniques, that’s the best I can score it.

It should have the option to translate texts of the plugin..had to do this manually…also the message asking us to make a review appears all the time…

I was unable to review this plugin in for some time as it took some time before my readers actually noticed the facility. Now it is ‘going great guns’ and I cannot believe how it has suddenly taken off.
I especially like the formatting abilities of the plugin that allows hierarchical postings and replies. The settings menu is so easy to navigate and customise.

It’s by far the best rating plugin that I have found so far and it work with minimal setup. Love it!!!

I like the plugin but it seems there’s quite a huge issue with it.
I’m using it on a site, where I actually have three different forms.
For two of them, the comment field is not required. There is nothing in the configuration that prevents me from setting the comment field to “Not required”.
However, after having it in production for a while, I noticed that I was missing out on (a lot) of data… After some more testing, we were able to figure out that, when the comment field was empty, no data got delivered (and the end user did get the message that the form was submitted succesfully!)
In the code function wpad_save_comment() calls check_user_comment() which returns false if the comment is empty, and then die() is called.
At the moment I’m pretty disappointed of course … I lost a lot of data and have to come up with a plan to get it back somehow…
