It’s a nice plugin that seems to do everything we need and more, in a very easy way.
But a weird error warning appears on Widget area of the template, that do not even have the WP Advertize widget on them.
Warning: uasort() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in C:\xampp\htdocs\mysite\wp-content\plugins\wp-advertize-it\classes\wp-advertize-it.php on line 306
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in C:\xampp\htdocs\mysite\wp-content\plugins\wp-advertize-it\classes\wp-advertize-it.php on line 307Thankfully the error showed on my localhost server while doing tests before going live.
Otherwise it would have been a pain to fix on a live server (no response from support yet), or to switch to another solution on a hurry.
Too bad for this error otherwise it will get 5 stars.
I know it’s a free plugin so I don’t expect immediate support.
But I’d recommend to try it first on a testing environment.

its a nice plugin and it hit’s the nail on the head in many ways. but there is no option that grants plugin visibility to certain user roles (such as the editor). this is very important as the blog editor should have control of ads place.
it would be great if there can be such an option or it i could be assisted in editing the core file to enable plugin editor access.

I do have a question : after adding TEXT/Display ads, there are more pop-ups and re-direction to other pages. How do I stopped this? After I disabled and opt for TEXT only, its still happening!!!

Would you trust a plugin to not steal your Adsense income (like many Adsense plugins do) when the guy can’t even be honest in a self-reported “review”? I wouldn’t!
Beware. You may find your Adsense income disappearing, as has happened to me with multiple different WP plugins for Adsense so far. It’s what encourages many people to make them in the first place.
I understand wanting to “get the ball rolling” by posting a 5-star review for your own product, but don’t pretend you’re not the author. That’s dishonest and unethical.
If you’re already using this plugin, take note if your Adsense income declined upon installing it. If so, suspect click-siphoning where plugin author may insert his own Adsense code into some of the ads to make an income off his plugin.

What else do we need ? A plugin that just works and it is easy to understand and setup.
This plugin went live on my system in 4 minutes (including copy/paste from google adsense).
What i would like to see in the future is a widget but for now TEXT widget with the short decode works very well.

Oct 2016 Update: we had to switch to something else because the plugin didn’t work with PHP 7 and other problems.
