This is perfect in the sense that it features the author’s recent posts as well! And you can decide how many posts to feature.

Profile photos display an error when loading a pic for an author. I have been trying for over a week now but to no avail.
And although 99% of my authors have a gravatar image connected to their gmail account, when going to the author box on posts, no image is visible, just an empty box.
I rely heavily on contributors and obviously this is unacceptable to them and embarrassing to our brand.

The Plugin does not support localisation, it will display English text, no matter what language your blog is using. Hence, unfortunately unusable for me, needed to de-install.

WP Author Box folks seem committed to making this author box plugin better. I’ve had no issues with it at all. What I like about it is that there is not a lot of feature bloat, getting in the way of what an author box should be and do.
