Please help!
I installed the plugin, and successfully configured it to restrict subscribers to not view their admin page.
However I wanted them to then just to go to one page, so I selected a static page (within the site) for blacklisted users.
Now noone can login, including admin !!! It presents 403-Forbidden after the login page for everyone.
I read from a previous post that if I deleted the plugin via FTP then I could recover the situation. I have done that, and I’m no better off.
Please help!
Many thanks
Jeremy
I activated the plugin and the users are blocked from most admin pages. But there are still some URLs i can access. For example:
/wp-admin/edit.php
/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=some_custom_type
/wp-admin/upload.php
Hi,
I installed the plugin as instructions and logged out to test it as a user with only subscriber access and it works fine. However, i’m now unable to access the dashboard as the Administrator. How can i get back into my site?
