Good Morning, I installed the WordPress Plugin WP Blockchain on my test domain, and I try to put a stamp in some article, but when I push on the icon stamp it, nothing happens. I did configurethe plugin with Client ID and Private Key, the WP version is 4.9 and seems compatible with plugin like the php version. Can you help me?

Ok very happy with the functionality provided by this plugin. Great work author/team.

For the sake of public learning, can you advise the steps that are required to speed up the stamp transaction time or troubleshoot “Stamping Failed” errors?

Would this be a negotiation via the stamp service provider or is there something else possible?

Currently I’ve selected Stamping by Ethereum but it seems stuck in an endless cycle of “Stamping Failed | Next Stamp 5 mins”. (This is displayed on the Last Stamps log.)

Any thoughts appreciated.

Hi there,

I’ve installed pro version and setup stamp permissions for posts. I setup a stampery account and entered credentials.

However when I attempt to stamp a post it returns the error:

“Couldn’t stamp: coulnd’t stamp”

I have tried with Ethereum and Bitcoin blockchains.

Any help appreciated!
