Is it possible to use WP Bulk Delete to delete users based on last login date. For example, delete all users of user type X who have not logged in for 365 days or more.

I’m trying to delete old Woo-commerce orders. I have paid for the pro version to let me do this, but when I put 1000 days in the ‘older than’ days field, it’s not finding anything. I have orders back to 2009 so there should be something there. What’s going on with it?

Will there be HPOS-support (High-Performance Order Storage) in the plugin in the near future? Right now we can’t switch the webshop over to using the new more efficient HPOS storage function for orders, since this plugin does not support it, or is listed as not supported it.

I’m looking around to find a good way to delete old Woocommerce customers and orders.
I’m wondering though what happens if you use your plugin to delete old olders and customers? Are they just being removed from the database, or will the customer be notified somehow?
I tried another plugin on a local copy of our website, which caused a lot of emails being sent out to customers that their account were removed, which I don’t want to happen. I’m also “worrying” about orders, that the Order status is be changed if you delete an order, and that it triggers an email to the customer. Can you please explain how it works ??

Hi! We have a WP installation with >100K posts, covering the last 14 years – it is a daily newspaper. We’d like to cut that to 10 years of coverage. So we need to delete several thousand posts from date x to date y.

Working with a site that has 39000 spam user registrations that I want to delete. The email for each user is unique but there are common terms (perhaps 300 use “@elonswallets – TELEGRAM ELON MUSK WALLETS optr”) in the user name, display name and nickname fields. What is the correct Meta for any of the these fields to specific? And is there a choice to use specific a partial term like “@elon@wallets”?

Dont feel safe to just hit the delete button, without first seeing a preview of the users im about to delete. Doesnt say if it shows a preview list first or not. Im assuming no, or they would mention it or have a preview checklist. So asking here to see if I have no choice buit to do a blind delete.

My use case is that we have been getting a lot of fake bot registrations last 2 days so wanted to SEE all users in last 2 days to look at the emails, as the fake emails are easy to spot, if you can see the emal and the user names. But this plugin just has a big delete button and its not clear if it will just delete blindly. which I dont wanna do, as we may have some legit users registered.

There is a delete all from last 2 days option , but who would do that blind?

Plugin found 100k + duplicate post meta, however when I try to delete them, it only deletes around 30 to 35 records per try.

How can I remove more records like 5K at each time?

it would be very nice to have an option to delele multiple (selected) themes at once.

It keeps crashing when I delete users. Comments and posts went fine. The error on the dashboard is “there has been a critical error on this website”. There is nothing in the server logs. I have tried 4 times.

There are 31,000+ users total. This is WP multi-site with woocommerce. I have set the limit to: 100 and 500 and 1000. Some users are deleted but not enough.

This is a mult-site with woocommerce. There are over 31,000 users.

Role = customer
Older than = 999 days
Limit = I have tried 100, 500, 1000

Plugin is great but i meet a problem which not happens only with plugin but also even i try to delete a post by classic admin page.
Takes huge time to delete every post ! I mean takes around 30 seconds or more to delete a single post .That means if i click with plugin to delete 20 ports, takes more than 10 minutes and then appears error of internal server 500 . That happens because takes more than 600 seconds of time limit .
My server is windows with 16 gb memory dedicated server and runs only 2 websites. Both websites not have big traffic.
I deleted other themes, i disabled any unwanted plugin and disabled also plugin of cache memory but nothing changed.Still time for delete posts is huge.
My website is site for news and i have around 35.000 posts.And posts generated automatically from feed.I know is huge amount of posts but then i need around 1 month to delete them ? ??
Please if possible help.

I’m migrating a Drupal website and there’s a lot of users who do not have any posts. Moving forward with this new WordPress website I’d like to be able to start a fresh and only have users remaining who have authored content. Is this possible? If not could this be a feature request?

Does this plugin have options to delete post that has not been viewed after certain (X) days?

I just installed the mass delete and was able to mass delete all the pending comments. That is the good news. However it is still showing a 311,000 plus comment count in my pending folder and over 300000 total comments. How do the number of comments get reset?

The plugin seems so simple to use. I am trying to delete 100k videos and have left it running all weekend and it isnt deleting them. Im not technical at all so, sorry if I havnt given enough info. But I clicked on the delete videos permanently and clicked run. It gave me the confirm button and nothing happend after.

I regularly delete posts from certain categories that are older than x days. Since switching to PHP 8 I get the message Nothing to delete!! If I go back to PHP 7.4 everything works as it should.
I assume an update is necessary.
