when I create a forum and then a topic, I get the message “You do not have the required permissions to view this forum!”
How do I fix this? I don’t see under permissions what is causing this

I was wondering if it was possible to remove the user options on top of the forum, where it has links to “My Profile” “Unread Topics” “Unanswered Topics” and “My Messages”. Either that, to remove the “my profile” and “my messages” options.

YES it is enabled…..
If enabled and you have a subforum inside a forum, you will be able to see it displayed below the forum on the first WPBB page. If disabled, any subforums within forums are not shown on the first page.

I have a very big web-site with over 8000 members and I’m back on my project, I opened the site using this forum a week ago and my visitors cannot use the forum, how do I Fix this problem. please anyone??
]]>Suddenly, all my sites’ content turned white. True enough, I have deactivated it and I can see all my content again. I have had to disable my forum though. If y need to debug this on my nstallation give me an exact time (GMT) I can reactivate for say 15 minutes (obviously I dont want to disable all my sites for any longer than I have to.
]]>WordPress Bulletin Board (WPBB) has an option to enable a WordPress blog post to be copied into a WPBB Forum. After this function is enable in WPBB settings, an option appears in the WordPress blog post editor that allows you to choose the WPBB Forum in which you wish for the blog post copy to appear.
This function is not working.
I’ve seen the same question posted a long time ago. There has been no response.
Does anyone have a solution to this problem or any information?

When I look at link 19 on the config.php there is nothing different from today’s code to the code from the beginning of the month. We had an older version of the theme running and so I tried to update it and it didn’t help the issue. Has anyone else come across this issue?

is possible modify the wpbb-templat.php and change design as…
1) use table with border 0, width 100% to include that syntax “require_once” so get_sidebar() syntax can be use. or…
2) is possible design as just add some customize short code/tag to “page” so can recall the WP bulletin board? so will no effect to sidebar trouble.
what your think to my suggestion?

The “Post to WPBB Forum” function is not working. I seriously think the title of this post pretty much says it all but what the heck… I got all this space to write something so let’s go into a little detail.
Everything else seems to work fine with plugin so far and I have even seen a previous post about this same problem but it was posted 4 months ago and there has been no response to it yet. So I’m assuming that someone simply looked over it, didn’t understand the post, or there is no concievable fix to this problem as of yet (which will result in a very low rating if this is the case).
So if there is a fix to this problem and someone can tell me how to correct it, that would be nice.
