[Plugin: WP-BxSlider] Pager with Slide title?

Hi, I’m using bxSlider in my homepage slideshow.
Just one thing I want to ask is How to change the pager type.
It’s a number now. 1,2,3,4,…

I want it to be a name of slide title.
Is it possible?

Perhaps I’m missing something. I uploaded and activated the plugin but I don’t know how to make it work. How do I add a ticker at the top of my page?
