The widget in the bottom right corner on the frontend seems to have 5 instances, sometimes when it’s opened it needs to be minimised up to 5 times. When I inspect element in the Chrome console, it shows that there are 5 of them on top of each other but it looks like one.
]]>Hello, we are having a problem displaying chat on my client’s site. The plugin is version 4.9, WP version is 6.0.1, I also disabled the cache plugin. The chat plugin is connected to the Facebook page and it looks like everything is configured correctly. Unfortunately, the chat window does not appear on the page and the console displays an error:

]]>Hi, I am working on a site for a client of mine and after testing this plugin ‘ widget we decided not to use it.
I have disabled the plug-in, removed from Facebook permissions and removed or deactivated the thing from within mobilemonkey itself but IT IS STILL THERE!!!
I read some more threads and followed advice to reconnect it and then disconnect again but every time I try to create a new bot or refresh the token I get an extremely annoying “for some reason you need to log back in” EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!!!
It should not be this difficult to remove this, and in fact I can’t see an obvious menu to remove my account details from MM at all.

When I downloaded the plugin and installed it, I had to link my Facebook Page
It redirected me to Facebook where I had to sign in, choose the page and confirm
Once it confirmed on Facebook I got redirected to the wordpress dashboard at the plugin WP-Chatbot.
But the only message I can see is “Connect to your Facebook page
This is the page that will receive messages from your website visitors.” and nothing else.
Everything else is blank
What can I do to change it?

]]>I previously linked MobileMonkey via this plugin on my wordpress, however I uninstalled without removing connection.
The Powered by MobileMonkey has stucked on my FB Page messenger for a very long time.

What I did:
1. I connected to my Facebook page via plugin, disconnect. Cannot resolve.
2. I connected to my Facebook page via app.mobilemonkey, refresh connection and disconnect. Still cannot resolve.
I also tried the method stated here:

I connected it on app.mobilemonkey, connected plugin to FB page, then click disconnect from app.mobilemonkey, but the Powered by MobileMonkey is still there!

When I deactivate the plugin the error goes away. I’ve also tried deleting and reinstalling the plugin but still get the message.
The plugin seems to work ok. I’m considering using the Facebook chat plugin. The worked ok for me before.

I have installed and set up the plugin and for the most part it is great.
However, upon a focus group test of the site sending a message in the chat bot didn’t go through to Facebook. Since then we’ve tested the bot using all different devices to try and rule out the issue but it seems very random.
I have a suspision it’s linked to the plugin not asking whether to ‘Continue as a Guest or Log into Facebook.’ It prompts this question on devices (mostly desktops) that work, but when it doesn’t ask the question, it doesn’t go through to Facebook.
The devices it does not work on that we know of are:
Samsung Galaxy S10, Samsung Galaxy S9, Google Pixel 3
It’s worth noting, we’ve tried all these phones in both Chrome browser and their built in browser (Samsung Internet for example).
What’s going on and how do we fix it?

Wait until the page has finished loading, and while the WP Chat is minimized down the bottom right, an invisible div or iframe is covering the entire right side.
This means you can’t click on the last two menu items in the header “about” or “contact” because this invisible box is over the top of them and prevents them from being clicked.
This of course is a very bad user experience.
If you open and then re-minimize the chat, you can then click on them, so I’m not sure why it blocks them when the page loads.
Any ideas? I’m going to have to turn this plugin off if we can’t resolve the issue.
