It’s an old plugin (not updated over 5 years) but it helped me to clean revisions and orphan postmeta and decrease size of my DB.

I guess I like living dangerously. Well I have a backup so not too dangerous. To me, having a clean database is worth the danger of using a plugin like this. This has worked perfectly and never caused me an issue. However if you don’t have a backup I wouldn’t recommend this. Well unless you are feeling lucky. Do you feel lucky punk?

This plugin hasn’t been updated for 12 months, from what I can see. Neither have any support threads been answered in that time. It’s a shame because it was just what I was looking for. IMO it’s a big risk using a plugin that’s not updated or supported. Where do you get answers or help when something goes wrong? For that reason, thanks but I’ll be passing this one by.
