I have got an error when i have installed the plugin. It’s because of latest PHP version can you please fix i am using free version.

I added your plugin and added an extra text field (city) which I made active.
It shows in the Elementor editor I use for page designs but on the live site, the field doesn’t show.

I am testing this on a CPT I have (not the default “posts”)

I have some custom comment notifications I’m writing for a client. The function takes the comment ID and builds the notification content. I’m trying to incorporate information in the custom field, but nothing comes through.

I expected to be able to use:

get_comment_meta($comment_id, "field_key", true);

But no data comes back. Was I right to expect this to work? Is the field data stored differently?

Normally, the administrator of a site receives a notification by mail with the content of the comment that was added. I want the extra field, created with this plugin, to appear in the body of this notification. How can this be done, and if it is possible?

The appearance of the comments has bugs. You can see the screenshot – When the comment has more than one images, each image has one line, because each of them have <p> there, but actually they should be in the one row. How can I solve the problem?

Some months ago, the fields stopped displaying on the frontend of my site. Itr seems to be working on posts – https://www.cmo.on.ca/consutation/ – but not on pages – https://www.cmo.on.ca/test-consultation/

What would cause this and what is the solution?

where are these fields at? There is no option to place them in the comments block

If you send a comment without selecting anything in “Select Input”, only “Title” will be reflected in the comment field. In this case, how can I prevent the comment section from posting anything all about that “Select Input”?

If you send a comment with nothing selected in “Radio Input”, not only “Title” but also its contents will not be posted in the comment field, but I want to do the same.

When this plugin is updated from ver4.1 to ver4.3, the following problems occur.

When I add a Text Input item using this plug-in function, the item is displayed in the comment field without any problem, but even if I enter text in the Text Input item, the text entered in the Text Input item Only is not reflected in the comment field. (Other input contents will be reflected in the comment field)

The above problem did not occur until ver4.1.

Hi. I wanted to know if there is any way to use “wordpress post comments extra fields” on woocommerce too?

Would it be possible to manually put the new options in the comments template?

After the last update, the plugin needed reactivation and now the field is no longer displayed.

The old version here worked fine.

Now on update the plugin disabled itself and also the form of various errors.

Actually I have two questions.

First we added a location field when users add a comment. We would like to display that field right under the user’s name and next to the time stamp of the comment. Currently the field appears below the content of the comment. How can we do this?

Also how can we move the new field right under the user name field on the comment entry form. It now appears below all the other entry fields.

I installed the plugin and created new text fields fields for “Full Name” and “Address”. The comment box looks identical to before installing the update.

Is this a compatibility issue? Or do I need to do something else to get it to work?

is it possible to choose different recipients depending on the value of a custom selector? I mean, I would like to place a selector in the form and when the user fill the comments, select an option from the select form and depending on this value send the comment to one recipient or another.
