Hi
Over the weekend I have sent out 3 invoices, the first one was viewed and paid but the next two all say they can’t view their invoices.
Any ideas please?
Thanks
Rich

I have had a few challenges on my site, and i have received support above and beyond. I recommend WP-CRM to anyone that is in need of a CRM for their WordPress site. I’d like to add, that i have a subscription.

I was very enthusiastic about the functionalities of this plugin. After installing it I set up a couple of test forms. Seemed to be working ok. But suddenly it started to erase the forms, and did not allow me to create new ones anymore.
Of course I deactivated all other plugins (not many) and theme looking for incompatibilities but the problem persisted.
The support does not exist (u need to pay usd280 in advance to get some attention).
Looked for solutions in the forum and their docs without any luck. The documentation is quite poor too.
I also uninstalled and erase the plugin, including some tables that remained in my Db despite the deactivation.
To my surprise, after reinstalling it, the plugin kept on showing my old setup and fields!
I′m super dissapointed. I′m now having to rush and find another solution for my customer. Shame, but I do not recommend it.

There is a security issue with this plugin which changes your username to a chinese gambling website and allows a spider in to rewrite your .htaccess file.
Do not use it.

Great plugin, simple and complete. And easy to customize to your needs. I’ve checked several “crm” plugins out and most of them either have to many options that are not necessary and make it more fragile. Or lack essential tools. With this plugin you pretty much decide. Perfect for client data managment.
It does take time to figure it all out, but it’s definetly worth it. Which is why I hope this plugin will keep existing with updates.
For those struggling with the need of the administrator role to acces settings. I suggest googling a bit more. Just use a plugin like adminize to hide the settings tab for the other users.
And use the slugs to synchronize with the wordpress core user fields. This way you can easily combine this plugin with others since most plugins base themselves on the core data if not all.
Thanks for the awesome plugin !

After updating our server to PHP 7.1.x, for some reason a few issues arose, one of which was a few records in WP-CRM wouldn’t display.
After a few back-and-forth emails, Maria Kravchenko followed up quickly and engaged one of the developers. It took a couple of days but, after they accessed the website and I sent them a file off of my server, the problem was fixed!
This is the sort of assistance, caring and support that is really hard to keep doing but the team at Usability Dynamics, Inc. pulled through, especially when this potential show-stopper for our small business was handled and well.
THANK YOU TO THE TEAM!

Okay this is quite a long review but for anyone looking to use this as a full-fledged CRM, I have your solution. It requires either buying or “finding” a second plugin, and a little bit off MySQL, but it works. In my case I wanted to use woocomerce, WP-CRM, and wpDataTables to display all of the non-core user info that wp_Crm generates. The standard WordPress user info is stored in the wp_users table, and all custom data is in the wp_usermeta table. _Usermeta is structured as value-key pairs, so it requires a pivot to compile the data properly, but if you use this code :
SELECT u.id AS name
, m.*
FROM wp_XXXXXXXX_users u
inner
JOIN (SELECT um.user_id
, MAX(CASE WHEN um.meta_key='company' THEN um.meta_value END) AS company
, MAX(CASE WHEN um.meta_key='description' THEN um.meta_value END) AS
, MAX(CASE WHEN um.meta_key='city' THEN um.meta_value END) AS city
, MAX(CASE WHEN um.meta_key='state' THEN um.meta_value END) AS state
, MAX(CASE WHEN um.meta_key='zip' THEN um.meta_value END) AS zip
, MAX(CASE WHEN um.meta_key='phone_number' THEN um.meta_value END) AS phone_number
, MAX(CASE WHEN um.meta_key='nickname' THEN um.meta_value END) AS email
, MAX(CASE WHEN um.meta_key='purchaser' THEN um.meta_value END) AS purchaser
, MAX(CASE WHEN um.meta_key='sales_preference' THEN um.meta_value END) AS sales_preference
, MAX(CASE WHEN um.meta_key='delivery_day' THEN um.meta_value END) AS delivery_day
, MAX(CASE WHEN um.meta_key='delivery_time' THEN um.meta_value END) AS delivery_time
, MAX(CASE WHEN um.meta_key='assigned_rep' THEN um.meta_value END) AS assigned_rep
FROM wp_XXXXXX_usermeta um
GROUP
BY um.user_id
) m
ON m.user_id = u.id
LIMIT 100000
Use this code in wpDataTables to create a MySQL table, and make sure to replace any occurrence of XXXXXX with your own database name. All of the lines that read Max(case when……..) Are for my specific meta keys, yours will differ based on what value you select in wp-CRM as custom fields. Once your preview is working in wpDataTables, save the table, and put the short code on a new blank page. I use wp conditional menus to allow only admins and editors to see the link to this page in the navbar, but you can set whatever user role accces you’d like. Enjoy! And let me know if you have questions, as I’m not sure how the sql will display here

A CRM which only grants admins access to is not usable in any working environment. it’s a joke that even employees need admin status to add client messages/data.

Easy to setup, works straight out of the box. Not perfect but having worked with the more complex CRMs Like CiviCRM this is much easier to manage and get up and running quickly. Great support especially from Maria and hope that this product will continue to be updated in the future. I also purchased the group messaging add on which works very well also. Great product for small to medium non profit/charity organisations as well as small businesses.

Actually, is a contact form and its appearance is not so good.
There are no tools to assign the customer to a operator and to promove it to be a client and so: any real CRM feature but a database of contact.

Hello,
this CRM plugin is really a good one, very thanks for such a useful plugin, it will be more helpful if the DATA section can manage a ‘confirm password’ section for user registration. I means that when a new member come to register, most of forms are usually get two field for password, one is for primary and another one for confirm the existing password, could it be possible in your plugin……?
eagerly waiting for your answer.
kind regards.

Would rate as zero if possible as plug-in refuses to install successfully.
Features seem promising but after trying multiple times to install this plug-in, I give up. The installation fails so severely that it locks up the entire site.
The only to get WP up again is to ftp into my host and manually delete the plug-in. Stay away.

I’ve been using this plugin from previous versions. With all the available settings, integrating your own custom form, managing everything so well from admin – smooth sailing! It integrates amazingly with WP-Invoice. Also, thank you (Anton) for the amazing customisation I required.

I tried this out about a year ago and again today. While I can respect the enhancements to the user table and the contact form is a nice value add, neither of these make it a CRM.
CRM tools are most commonly used as sales management or to automate marketing/engagement with clients. This does neither and it also doesn’t link to tools that would allow you to do that. Perhaps an Aweber or Mailchimp integration would be a value add or integration with a full form tool like Gravity Forms or Ninja Forms.
Visually the interface could be much better as well. Overall pretty disappointing. A fine enhancement to the user table though.

Hi,
I just updated my WP version to 4.1.I want to use this plugin, but now sure if it works with newer version or not.
Rating: 5 stars
like to use this, it fit’s nearly perfect into our needs for a membership administration tool, no user interaction with members needed, so no forms needed.
import would be a great feature to add, but I could manage with “Import users from CSV with meta” plugin perfectly.
thanks and keep going ??

It would be a 5 if they would “Add a general note” Button back. I needed it and when I updated the plugin I lost all my notes about the client, details about what the client liked or what they talked about everytime they called me because it was depreciated. I LOST MY LEADS . not cool

Thanks

On the plugin description page you can see :
Core Features
Shortcode Form Creation and Contact Message Management.
When you install it, there is no Forms tab in settings like explained in their video. People ask about it in the support section but no answer.
When you click on the “Premium features” tab you can see :
Shortcode Contact Forms
Create contact forms using shortcodes and keep track of messages in your dashboard.
If you search online about it you will see that even on their own forum https://usabilitydynamics.com/products/wp-crm/forum/topic/wp-crm-shortcodes-tab-is-missing/ they don’t even seem to know what they’re doing.

I changed the overview page so that i could see company details and phone numbers as i browse my users, but when i applied these settings in two different areas, because its not obvious which settings page affects which UI. nothing took affect, i’m probably not doing it right but i wish it was more intuitive.
what i want to do seems like it would be pretty obvious, i thought it would have a settings page for displaying the data you want to see when browsing lists of users.

I do like this plugin… it seems to be one of the best free CRM plugins out there… but it is still lacking, big time when it comes to forms. The forms are just horrible. There is no option for radio buttons. You can’t put help text in the form fields nor is there a place to add a ? to help the user further understand the form field. Like on this form I am using right now. Each five fields on this feedback form 4 of them have help text that is different than the field title. There is no way to inform a user that a field is required before they hit submit. The form does not validate phone numbers. There needs to be a way to validate the email address of the user by having the user enter their email twice, and/or there needs to be confirmation page on the form after submit so that the user can confirm the data they have entered before it is actually input into the system. If someone fat fingers their email address, and they don’t put any other way to contact them in the form, you may never be able to contact that lead again. Lost sales? Ummm… YES! Not good.
Furthermore, there is no option for CAPTCHA which I’m guessing will likely lead to spam. There is no way to change to order of the form fields without going to the data tab. The data tab should just be used to define data fields, not for defining the order they appear on the form. The dropdown function should have a way for the user to select other and then input text if ‘other’ is selected. I could go on… but if they fixed those few things… I would PAY for this plugin.
A few more things that would be nice:
-Ability for users to upload files. pdf, jpg, doc
-Check form for html and other code onSubmit and strip code if it is there (not doing this is how email servers get hacked and used for spam)

This is nice plugin but for some advance users.

WP-CRM has a lot to love. Open source, nice interface, and appears to work fine. However, it is not full-featured yet. The deal-breaker for me is the absence of any calendar integration and/or setting date alerts for contacts and such. Nothing related to time has been implement in WP-CRM yet. When this will be done, i’ll seriously reconsider the plugin.

so easy and straightforward.. I got rid of all other interfaces for contact management.. would love to see it integrated with woocommerce though.. any plans for that?
