in the shortcode it asks for a “now” parameter.
How is that produced. What is that time format? Can I add my own desired now time?
I have removed seconds in the plugin by removing one of this div. You can open file at plugin path: /js/jquery.classycountdown.min.js
find the text “a.append” and replace the code with following ’till this bracket “)” and save it.
a.append('

')
Hi, is it possible to customize language, I mean to put days, hours, minutes …. in own’s own language?
thanks, Jordi
I’m having an issue with the Days Timer. Despite having ‘now’ and ‘end’ set in my shortcode, the Days Timer always appears full. Am I missing a setting?
While I like the idea and the flexibility of the countdown, it has a glaring flaw!
The circles are counting up. They are moving clockwise instead of anti-clockwise as you would expect a countdown to do. At the start there should be complete circles and by the time the countdown reaches 0, there should be no circles.
This is a HUGE mistake and I can’t believe it hasn’t been pointed out before.
Please update and correct this
This plugin works great, but I just wanted to know if its possible to remove the ‘Seconds’ area. I want to load this in my site’s sidebar, but it makes the numbers too small, so if i could get rid of the ‘Seconds’, it should fit better.
I’ve tried removing the Seconds div from the js file, but it still calculates the size of the numbers/circles based on that being there.
Any thoughts?
Was working on my site, but now just shows the code. It was working before I updated it a couple of days ago. Tried to delete and reinstall from WordPress but I get an error: Installation failed: The package could not be installed.
Anyone else having issues?
Hi there. Excellent plugin.
Small problem I need advice with please. Not sure what is wrong but the timer not showing in mobile site (Safari or Chrome)(iPhone or iPad), or on PC Internet Explorer (v11). On PC Firefox, Opera, Chrome all show the timer, Safari again does not.
Any ideas would be helpful please.
Thanks.
First of all, thanks for a beautiful countdown plugin, it seems very easy to deal with too, exactly something i was looking for.
However i never use the visual editor, i usually have it disabled. Is there anyway to add the button to add the countdown in the regular editor window?
Thank you!
I have the latest version of WP installed and latest version of Wp Custom Countdown. After plugin activation I can’t see plugin’s button in editor panel to insert and edit countdown shortcodes.
Hi, I love the plugin!
I want to use it as a default for 60 seconds.
Is there a way to remove the Days and Hours so it
only showed the Minutes & Seconds?
Hope you can help.
Thanks a lot,
Regards,
Stefan
Very nice looking plugin for countdown.
My problem now, I not sure how to put end time format. What are the formula? Any documentation?
I put date 18/05/2015 but result is wrong.
Hi,
how to translate days, hours, minutes and seconds?
This is a very nice looking countdown timer and works great. These are more of suggestions than issues…
The ability to customize the colors of the circles to match the website color scheme. I just swapped out the html color codes in the js file, but not everyone knows where to look for that.
Specifying a time to countdown to rather than just entering the number of hours would be great.
This looks really great, probably the best looking countdown timer on WordPress. Is there any way you could add a scheduler/repeat functionality?
For example, countdown from 10 minutes every Monday and Friday at 5.30pm?
Good work anyway guys!
