I really love the plugin. It’s almost perfect ??
This is what I was looking for and it makes life much easier.

However I do have a small problem with searching through the docs section. It always returns: “Your search timed out. Please double-check your internet connection and try again.”.

I tried all kinds of combinations for the subdomain field: mycompany,
mycompany.helpscoutdocs.com, https://mycompany.helpscoutdocs.com, however none of them work.

Do you have any thoughts on how to fix this?

As you said, start a new thread.

Please update the plugin to be used in a multisite environment so we don’t have to fill in all settings per sub-site.
