]]>Hi,
your plugin is exactly what I was looking for!
I found some “bug” if your database table are from the type InnoDB. In that case your table shows always an overhead of 8,388,608 B even if all tables are optimized.
Check both screenshots:

I’ve been getting errors that show up from this plugin.
[13-Oct-2013 04:01:48] PHP Notice: Undefined index: action in /home/draftb5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-database-optimizer/wp_database_optimizer.php on line 14
I tried editing your code to add ‘isset()’ around the $_GET[‘action’] if statement, but that didn’t work. I was getting so many of these notices that my error log was REALLY getting large, so I have to keep the plugin deactivated.
Other than that, the plugin seem to work great. Hopefully you can make a fix. Thanks!

]]>Hello Everyone..
Please let me know about the working of the plugin..What is does actually…???
It optimises the databse but i am unable to understand which type of optimisation occurs. for example a wordpresss plugin will remove the unused revisions of the post in wp_post table etc.
How can we justify that this plugin works properly and have solved our problem of database..
Thanks

]]>In this ticket, it appears that the plugin WP Database Optimizer may have triggered the automated monitoring script when it issued 10 OPTIMIZE queries at once. This is totally unnecessary behaviour, and the queries themselves ended up writing several temporary tables in order to perform their work. It’s only necessary to run an OPTIMIZE on all of your tables once as another OPTIMIZE shortly afterwards would have any effect, if at all.
The suspension itself has expired, however I have also disabled the WP Database Optimizer plugin in order to prevent this issue from reoccurring.

]]>I just installed it and I got an error message stating that my server was down. I also got the following message:
“Error establishing a database connection
This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can’t contact the database server at mysqlv2. This could mean your host’s database server is down.
* Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
* Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
* Are you sure that the database server is running?
If you’re unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your host. If you still need help you can always visit the WordPress Support Forums.”
I had to remove the plugin folder using Filezilla, but i still get that error message about username/password not being able to contact the server.
Anyone know what happened? I’m using the following plugins:

Also, I want to make sure I have completely uninstalled it. Any instructions for that?
Thanks!
Boy, I have been looking for a way to do this for a while. I just cant figure out how to do this from the PhpMyAdmin program, it really scares me. Great plugin.
My Question:
Does it optimize the whole database?
