When an order is awaiting fulfillment and in “awaiting fulfillment” status, customers are not able to see their pending order on their My Account screen. They are able to find the order if they search for it with specific info. Is there a fix for this?
]]>We are using WooCommerce in our store and our fulfillment center is using Dropstream to connect to our WooCommerce system and we are getting an error that says “There was no defined mapping for this order shipping description”. We have selected “Free Shipping” as the shipping method within WooCommerce and have not done anything else in setting up shipping. The fulfillment center is receiving the orders, but is not receiving any shipping methods for the fields <Carrier> and <ShipService>. If you log into Dropstream on their side you can see the order but there is an error message that says, “Shipping Warehouse Code there was no defined mapping for this order shipping description. Please add a mapping for this order’s shipping description.”
We have been trying to resolve this for a month and would REALLY, REALLY appreciate any help!
