This just started that when users select the shipping option, and then try to pay, they get the error:
Please select one of the available shipping options, then we can process your order.
I can go back an select any of the 3 available shipping options again, and same error.
Users can’t checkout.

]]>My client wants to enable free shipping for orders past a certain order total. The shipping settings of WP Ecommerce allow for this (Enable Free Shipping Discount), but this plug-in does not seem to pick that up. Am I right?
Also, is this plug-in still in use / development or was it replaced by the Flat Rate option under Shipping?

]]>Hi Guys, was running version 1.0 of your plugin, which has not been working for a while now, so have just deactivated and installed Version 1.1.
However I’m trying to add some fixed shipping options, but it stops allowing you inputting them after the first, and that option is not displaying on the check-out page what so ever, can you help?
Grab below shows the page view, neither the + or – do anything, and the update does not seem to effect anything either.
Can you help?

]]>The shipping calculator appeared on the checkout screen after the latest updates to WordPress/WPEC. I only have one shipping option – flat rate, so I have no need for the calculator.
Once the calculator appears and the user clicks ‘calculate’, the page refreshes and it deletes all the billing/shipping info they’ve entered. If the user tries ignoring the calculator, they cannot proceed with checkout. Please help!

]]>Hello world, For a webshop I’m using WP e-commerce in combination with the wpsc-simple-shipping plugin. I have three fixed shippingrates. It seems to work allright however when a customer chooses one off the rates and pushes the button calculate or selects the box ‘shippingadress is the same as billingadres’, the checkout page reloads and sets the shippingrates back to it’s default being zero.

]]>We are using Simple Shipping 1.0/WPEC 3.8.8.5/WP 3.3.2 (tried SimpleShipping 1.1 and it locked up checkout page)
We have used this in the past, but since adding UPS external calculator to our shipping options, the Local pickup option now says $8 instead of the $0 that it is set to.
Any ideas where it might be getting this crazy notion?
(and hopefully one that doesn’t require updating everything, we have a highly customized theme that I don’t want to mess with this week!)

]]>I needed a fixed rate option for two shipping choices (US only): Standard Mail and Priority Mail. I populated the option on the shipping options screen in store settings. But when I add products and go to checkout, no shipping is included – as though shipping isn’t even enabled. So the plugin doesn’t seem to work anymore, which isn’t too surprising since it hasn’t been updated for 2+ years. I just really need a solution like this for my e-commerce site, so I guess I need to find a new e-commerce solution.

]]>Hi,
My WordPress background colour is black and my text is white.
In my checkout, the options I put in for the fixed rate prices are all in black text.. So you can’t see what it says..
How do I change the text colour and the box above the options “Fixed rate – Choose a Shipping Rate” (which has a white background and grey text)?
Thanks,
Cait

]]>The simple shipping plugin has the following warning?
This plugin hasn’t been updated in over 2 years. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.
The getshopped website says it may or may not get included in the core code of wp-ecommerce.
So what’s the deal? Is it being worked on? I have had bad experiences in the past with WP-ecommerce and having a look at it again but things like this don’t give me much confidence.

]]>Hello,
First, sry for my english, i’m french ??
So what is the problem ?
When i activate wpsc-simple-shipping plugin on my wordpress website, to add options on shipping on wp-ecommerce plugin, i can easily put my fixed prices to ship my products. But after several times, there is an error. If you add products to the checkout place several times, and you want to pay, the 503 error is on the screen ! And after that, the only solution is to delete cookies…
What is the link with wpsc-simple-shipping ?
If you have the 503 error, you desactivate the wpsc-simple-shipping plugin and… everything works !
Solution ?
I let you answer.

]]>Just spend three hours tearing my hair out trying to fix this on a clients site.
The client had used an ampersand (&) in the Fixed Rate Option text field and because of that the Shipping total wasn’t updating. Once I removed that then it worked again as expected.
To fix this in the next release the Option data needs to be sanitized ??

]]>I just added Fixed-rate shipping to my site, previously I had it set up with a USPS calculated rate, which worked well since with my international customers. (But I’m moving away from since it’s buggy and ends up charging my customers for the most expensive shipping, even when they select the cheapest.)
So I noticed that it still asks for your country to “calculate” shipping, even though this setting doesn’t change anything.
Any chance in the future there could be a way to set it up so that customers choosing anything but the US (or whichever country is domestic to the user) would get a list of shipping rates just for international customers? Right now I have both domestic and international rates shown, but there’s nothing to stop an international customer from choosing and checking out with a lower domestic rate.

]]>I am using only fixed rate and I have added 4 options.
National 39 SEK
Europe 70 SEK
World 85 SEK
Pickup 0 SEK
in that order.
When I get to the checkout I can not choose shipping options but it calculates the shiping using the first option in my list. I have tried and changed the order and the amounts and it always uses the first option.
It takes no regard to the country choosen, which in this case is correct.
What do I have to do to get the shipping options shown at checkout?

]]>Hi
I offer two shipping possibilities:
Weigth Rate (with e-commerce)
Pick Up (with wpsc-simple-shipping)
If I go to shopping cart the radio button “Pick Up” is activated.
But I’d like to have the radio button “Weight Rate” to be activated.
How can I do that?
Thanks!
